The standard of creativity and innovation by the students was mind-blowing and they were taking things to the next level.    It got me thinking ….. Gen-Z isn't just another generation—they’re a creative force redefining culture, work, and identity in ways that challenge traditional norms. From digital nomads to underground fashion movements, from rejecting hustle culture to building communities around authenticity—standing out is the new survival strategy. 🔹 Subcultures are shaping the future. What once lived on the fringes (alternative fashion, Web3, AI creators, gaming economies) is now leading innovation. 🔹 Questioning norms isn't rebellion—it’s evolution. Why we believe that Intergenerational Co-Mentoring by Wild Purpose is so important and we think it needs to be in the corporate space In a rapidly evolving world 🌍, the exchange of knowledge, skills, and values across generations is more critical than ever. At Wild Purpose, our intergenerational co-mentoring model is a transformative approach that fosters deep, reciprocal learning and knowledge exchange across the generations.  It is challenges old models of mentorship and fostering fresh perspectives, non-hierarchal and a de-colonial approach. We believe that the wisdom flows both ways. Young Professionals bring fresh perspectives, technological fluency, and innovative ideas, while Seasoned Professionals contribute invaluable experience, strong networks and connections, and strategic thinking. This cross-pollination of knowledge enriches both our mentors (Oaks) and mentees (Shoots) driving personal and professional growth. I was so shocked to find this when I saw the email from the team that I have made the final for the Young Achiever category at the Adur & Worthing Business Awards. This recognition is incredibly meaningful, As it celebrates the impact of the work I provide in the local area for young people but also a reflection and look back on good memories after the After Worthing Festival event we ran at Homefield Park and the passion for empowering young creatives and extreme sports athletes in the local area. This award reflects the collective effort of everyone who has supported myself but also it gives me a chance to thank others for the skate and creative social events we’ve organised being privilaged to be part of such a great community development project. I’m so grateful to everyone who’s been part of my journey along the way, and I’m excited to keep pushing forward & Thanks for everyone who nominated me also 😄.
