What do young talent expect from today’s employers? Here’s what we learned from Windō’s #Preside 2.0 event at Bloomberg’s London HQ. In a world where values matter, Gen Z is setting the bar high for the future of work. We gathered 150 university student leaders from 40 universities across 27 cities— and what we heard gave us hope. As this highlight video shows, young talent is crystal clear on their priorities: 88% want salary transparency 75% are vetting employers’ commitments to sustainability and DEI 69% would walk away if company values don’t align with their own These insights show a generation pushing for transparency, equity, and genuine impact. They’re shaping a workplace where #GenderEquality, #RacialJustice, #LGBTQRights, #DisabilityInclusion, and #SocialMobility aren’t just hashtags but commitments. By the end of the decade, they’ll make up one-third of the global workforce—driven, principled, and values-led. Hear it for yourself from Manisha Mehrotra, Mari Eva, Shreya Patel, Egor Epifanov, George Steele, Ashley Moran, Kyle Tan, Ken Janssens and Oli Coles #FutureOfWork #SalaryTransparency #Sustainability #DEI #Values #Transparency #GenZ #YoungTalent
