#TeamWood secured a record $920 million in Middle East contract wins across Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2024.🌟 We are accelerating the region’s journey to net zero by reducing flare gas emissions, providing carbon advisory and digital solutions, consulting on hydrogen and carbon capture projects and more, working with companies like aramco, ADNOC Group, Shell and TotalEnergies. 🌍 Our growth in the region has seen our Middle East team grow by 16% in the last year and we continue to invest in and develop early career talent through our multidiscipline graduate engineering programmes and new vocational training centre. 🌟Wood is delivering a significant decarbonisation project in the Middle East🌟 Our team of expert consultants is providing a series of technical work scopes, including early-phase engineering, feasibility studies and installing a new heat recovery unit to enhance the operations of a leading petrochemical manufacturing plant in the region. Leveraging our decades of expertise in this field, we estimate that the delivery of this contract will unlock CO₂ emissions reductions of around 110 kilo-tonnes per annum.
