About us
Work Pathfinder is an online learning platform where ex forces can self help by learning how to effectively job search, network and content write to reach their desired goal after the military. As a military veteran who transitioned into a career in recruitment, successfully placing hundreds of job seekers in their desired industries. I recognised the need for an experienced approach to support individuals leaving the armed forces and transitioning into a civilian career. When connecting with fellow service leavers, I observed a common challenge – many struggled to position themselves effectively on platforms like LinkedIn, hindering their visibility and approachability. Moreover, in conversations, it became evident that the power of networking correctly was often underestimated. To bridge this gap, I’ve crafted a step-by-step process, designed for those starting with zero connections, to systematically grow their network, create compelling content, and establish industry connections for optimal career placement. We have also written steps for job searching online to tackle to busy field of candidates and place yourself top of the pile.
