Research shows that construction workers are significantly more prone to mental health struggles, with an alarming rate of suicide and high levels of stress, anxiety, and depression across the sector. Construction workers are almost 10 times more likely to die by suicide than by workplace accidents That’s why we must create environments that encourage open dialogue and support, from offering access to mental health resources to fostering a culture of care.
