About us

We believe that people who thrive do great work and enjoy it. This is great for them and the people they are creating value for. So, we work with organisations to help create environments where people thrive and do great work. Wildfire, for example, is about creating a system that enables cross-boundary connections, shared purpose and action. This gets great results for the organisation and the people in it. We work with individuals to enable them to contribute, create and collaborate more effectively. RocketFuel, for example, equips people with a range of power-skills that supercharge them and the places they work. Get in touch

  • Bad working practices have a high cost! 📈 They might be outdated or they might just be... bad! When we keep using these ways of working, here's what ends up happening: ❌ Organisations struggle to adapt to change ❌ Resources and time are wasted ❌ Opportunities are missed ❌ Slower decision-making ❌ Problems persist or go unresolved Luckily, we've got the antidote - DESIGN THINKING and VISUAL THINKING! Design Thinking is about putting the HUMAN at the centre of all problem-solving to come up with the best solutions there are. Visual facilitation is about being able to visualise your work in simple pictures - that anyone (yes - even YOU) can draw and understand. Here’s what happens when you combine them... ✅ Build what people really WANT ✅ Think up outside-the-box IDEAS ✅ Solve problems FAST ✅ SAVE time and money ✅ Create NEXT-LEVEL solutions We've teamed up with Solved Together to bring you a 2.5 hour hands-on remote workshop “Design Thinking x Visual Thinking: Tired to Fired Up”, where we will explore both disciplines by walking you through the process of designing your own product, and more! 🍏 Marcus de Vale 🍏 and Rujuta Singh are excited to be your trainers on Tuesday 25th June at 4.30pm UK Time - head to the link below to find out more and sign up 🌟 Psst! You don't need to be able to draw 😉 https://lnkd.in/e_d_a48Z #designthinking #visualthinking #vizthink #workshop

Visual Facilitator at WorkVisible Studios - Using Visuals to Make Communication Focused, Enjoyable, Memorable and more :)

Who am I? What am I doing here? Why do I exist? What is the meaning of life?! 😱 All of those questions are EASILY answered! Honestly, I don’t know why there’s so much fuss about them 😉 On a serious note though I’m sure we can all relate to times when we feel a little bit lost - and trying to figure out how we fit into it all. It’s something that happened to me when I became the director of WorkVisible my role had changed quite dramatically and I really wasn’t sure how I fit into this new world I found myself in. I just kind of muddled my way through things and slowly figured it out over time but it was messy and confusing. That’s why I was really interested when Emily and I heard what Gemma Honour and Charley Kent had to say about a process they use to help people effectively navigate changes and shifts in their roles by looking at their identities. I really liked the idea and we thought it would be great to collaborate and create a free workshop guiding people through the process of looking at your identity. Here’s what Gemma and myself will guide you through (with visual methods of course 😉 🔍 Explore personal identity and its relationship to professional roles 🧭 Envision possible future paths aligned with individual purpose 🔥 Identify personal strengths to build upon during times of change 🤔 Reflect on key takeaways and actionable insights This FREE 90-minute session, 'My Role is Changing. Who Am I?' Will be on Wednesday, 5th of June at 2:30pm BST Grab your spot, link in comments 👇🏼 #visualthinking #identity #role #navigatingchange #transition #workshop

  • Last week at our HQ in Edinburgh, marked an exciting milestone for WorkVisible Studios 🚀 Over the years we’ve got to know Sam Carpenter and Francesco Bianchi 🧙♂️ and we’re thrilled to announce that they are now bikablo trainers for the UK and Ireland with Workvisible! Conversations began with our late and great Dad and founder, Andy de Vale so we’re really honoured to make it happen and see the team grow. Both Sam and Francesco have a wealth of experience in working with people in companies to enable them to collaborate successfully, using visuals! Most importantly, they share our values of empowering people to see ‘the leader in everyone’, improving communication for more efficient workplaces and making work fun - the missions Andy always set out to achieve (and did so brilliantly!). We’ll share more about Sam and Francesco soon or you can have a look at the About Us on our website 🙂 Welcome Sam and Francesco! 🍏 Marcus de Vale 🍏 Emily de Vale #visualthinking #vizthink #visualfacilitation #collaboration #communication #partnership #training

📢 If you want to be heard, you might need more than words… 🎨 Maybe it’s time to expand your dialogue through visual thinking. When we’re trying to get something done, we normally exchange words to shape ideas, argue, and convince. But what if saw our role through a facilitator lens, the host of the dialogue? And more than that, what if we introduced the power of visual thinking to reach deep understanding and alignment? 🔥 Visual thinking is facilitator power. It can transform collaboration and problem-solving, paving the way for clearer communication and innovative solutions. This is the work of Marcus de Vale, a visual facilitation visionary, and Director of WorkVisible Studios. WorkVisible has taken collaborative problem-solving to the next level for brands like Amazon, Mastercard, and American Express. In today’s episode of Strategy Shorts, Marcus joins the show to unpack how to leverage visual thinking to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and alignment within your team. We’re talking: ✅ The journey of WorkVisible. ✅ The power of visual facilitation to cut through points of friction. ✅ How to get started with your own visual thinking journey.
