🚨 For recognising staff #contribution and #dedication to the organisation, WANO Shanghai Office (SHO) presented #SHO #Excellence #Awards and Certificate of Qualification to staff members during their Annual Staff Meeting. 🌟 13 out of 66 staff members have been voted to be the Award #Winners. 🚀 They have been working in various functions and positions, such as WANO Representatives, Delivery Team Leads seconded from WANO Regional Centres and secondees from WANO members. 🌎 These individuals implemented WANO Core Values— #Teamwork ✅, #Integrity ✅ and #Innovation ✅ in everyday practices, and demonstrated strong commitment to ensuring nuclear safety. This week, 25 Communications’ representatives from 12 member companies 🌍 attended the 15th Communications Expert Group meeting (CEGM) organised by #WANO #Paris Centre (WPC). 📈 The #CEGM is an opportunity for sharing #experience, #challenges, best #practices and in-person discussions on different topics within the #industry. 🚀 A well-established #community which grows its network, develops, supports each other and strengthens relationships through the years. ✅ The objective being that each delegate takes back with them, at least one #improvement #technique or one good practice, they can #share with their own organisation. 🌟 Over the two-day period, the 25 representatives also had the opportunity to visit Flamanville 3 EPR, in Normandy, northern France, hosted by EDF. 👷♀️ 👷♂️
