WHO WE ARE Our decades of agency experience alongside our time client-side has given us a unique perspective on the challenge of activating insights and the power of Closeness. We believe customer truths need to be felt, not just heard. We use experiences, events and film to create big shifts in customer empathy that drive change. We are Customer Closeness specialists with an extensive insight background. We love bringing these worlds together in new and different ways to make insights take flight across businesses. WHAT WE DO WE USE CLOSENESS TO POWER-UP RESEARCH So our clients feel what their customers feel, rather than simply hear a story in a debrief. We’re inventive in making time with customers the main event, not the debrief at the end.     Every time we finish a project at Wren Insight , we look back to ask...what changed? Sometimes the change is more commercial, sometimes more cultural.  But a project must always lead to change of some kind. Our recent work has led to change in three different ways. We found changes in... 1. Investment - our project helped a client double their budget for their in-store experience  2. Strategy - we helped a team see the impact of the COL crisis through a new lens   3. Culture - our work with a decentralised business inspired cross divisional working for the first time It's a useful reminder to ourselves to keep looking back, whilst moving forwards.     Long overdue catch up with Katherine Jennings at the weekend, reminiscing about our 10 years working together at 2CV. Working with Kat taught me the power of collaboration, with each other and with our clients to produce insights that made a difference.  This forms the basis of how Jude Terry and I operate at Wren Insight. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, exploring the full picture behind briefs, establishing existing data points so we can add meaning by filling in the gaps and working with decision makers so they are bought into the findings. Collaboration leads to more strategic, applicable insight. And it’s way more fun!
