Key Responsibilities: System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to project specifications. Develop custom workflows, dashboards, and reports in D365 F&O. Strong programming in Dynamics AX, X++, and related tools to deliver high-quality code. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and ensure smooth system adoption. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features. Recommend system enhancements to optimize performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Applications, IT, or Engineering. Preferred: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate Certification. Skills & Competencies: Technical Expertise: Dynamics 365 F&O, X++, SSRS, Power BI, SQL, Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Power Automate). Integration & Data Management: Proficiency in data migration tools like Data Entities and DMF. Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security roles, permissions, and data integrity within D365 F&O. Experience Level: Total Experience: 2-5 years as a technical consultant for D365 F&O ERP.
