Class MA APPROVED for our project in St Andrews Court! While the 1- and 2-bedroom flats finished as part of Phase 1 are nearing completion, other parts of the site are starting to come to life: we have just received Class MA approval to change the use of part of the ground, first and second floors to create an additional 11 flats.
