Starting on 1st December 2024, Microsoft will let you pay for Microsoft 365 Copilot month by month. Instead of locking into a full year, you’ll be able to try it out for just one month if you want, which makes things easier on the budget. At £19 per user each month, this option has some solid benefits: Pro users get quicker access to Microsoft’s latest AI tools and updates, so they’re always in the know. Copilot works right within Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, which can make pulling together documents, organising data, and handling repetitive tasks quicker and simpler. Whether you’re on your phone, the web, or a Windows machine, the Pro plan has you covered. Pro plan users get an exclusive AI voice option to make interactions easier. It’s a nice touch that saves a bit of time. Paying monthly does cost a little more about 5% higher than paying for the full year upfront but it can be worth it as you have more flexibility.
