We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded funding from the Greater Manchester Green Spaces Fund! Working together with our wonderful partners at Petrus and people experiencing homelessness, this funding will allow us to create a brand new community garden in the heart of Rochdale at Touchstones Museum and Gallery. Our project is funded by the Greater Manchester Green Spaces Fund, accessed through the Greater Manchester Environment Fund. Watch this space for exciting project updates - we can't wait to get started!

A huge THANK YOU to ICON Sports - Custom Teamwear & Workwear Specialists for joining us at Your Trust for a fantastic Corporate Volunteering Day! After a quick lesson in tying knots and a paddle across the Lake to kick-off the day, the team rolled up their sleeves and got litter-picking! They brought all their energy and positivity and managed to collect an impressive 14 full bags of litter - even rescuing a tyre from the water! Their efforts have made such a difference in keeping our beautiful Hollingworth Lake clean and welcoming for our whole community! It is thanks to wonderful partners like Icon Sports UK that we can create a real impact for local people and our environment. Through Corporate Volunteering Days we can come together to tackle meaningful projects that help people across Rochdale to live active, creative, happy and healthy lives! If your business would like to support our Charity and get involved in a Corporate Volunteering Day please get in touch with our Fundraising Manager, Amy Blair, at Amy.Blair@YourTrustRochdale.co.uk.

At Your Trust, we’re proud to launch our Festive Appeal. Every year we bring the joy of panto to our community. This year we really excited to present the incredible spectacles that are Beauty and the Beast and Sleeping Beauty. As a charity, we want to ensure that everyone in our community can experience this festive cheer. This year, we are working with partners across the borough to bring the magic of the panto to young carers. These incredible young people take on responsibilities far beyond their years, often sacrificing simple joys like a night out with family. Please visit our Festive Appeal page to find out more and, if you are able, offer your support https://lnkd.in/eVrA3nE9 Alternatively, please contact our Fundraising Manager at Amy.Blair@YourTrustRochdale.co.uk if you’d like to know more about how we can work together for our community.
