The last Good Youth Employment Award goes to 🥁... Coach Core Foundation ! We’re pleased to present the SME of the Year award to recognise the work done by Coach Core to provide excellent support to young people in all stages of the Good Youth Employment Benchmark. - They have offered 1,000 Explore opportunities, including career talks, careers events and supporting young people with job applications. - They’ve also engaged close to 300 young people in their apprenticeship and graduate schemes. #GYESymposium24

Congratulations to Severn Trent for being awarded the 2024 Corporate Employer of the Year! 🎊 They have made great strides in developing and innovating their youth employment practices and activities, embodying the Good Youth Employment Standards. They have engaged over 10,000 young people through career talks, extracurricular activities and more. - Over 1,000 young people have been supported to access short work experience, workplace visits and job shadowing. - Severn Trent has supported over 200 young people in apprenticeships, graduate schemes and paid internships. #GYESymposium24
