It's been a remarkable seven years, going from small beginnings to supporting rail projects worldwide. The Zebraware team is immensely grateful for the fundamental role you've had in driving this business to where it is today. We wish you great success in your next endeavour.
After seven incredible years building and growing Zebraware, I’m announcing that I’ll be stepping aside as CEO. It's time for me to seek new opportunities and challenges. Leading Zebraware since 2017 has been a tremendous honour, and I couldn’t be prouder of the resilient, innovative organisation Zebraware has become. For the past year, I’ve been working closely with Nicola Gilluley, our Chief Operating Officer, as she took on the new role of Managing Director. I’ve seen first-hand her outstanding leadership, vision, and dedication to our mission. She is exactly the leader Zebraware needs for this next chapter (in truth I've not had much to do for the last year!). Nicola will be supported by our talented Commercial Director, Matt Gilluley, and our expert Technical Director, Peter Evans, who bring a wealth of experience and expertise as founding members of the Zebraware team. To our whole remarkable team, I want to say a great big thank you for all your hard work, and your support. You have made Zebraware the company it is today. I’m excited to watch you continue to thrive under the new leadership team and look forward to seeing the heights you'll achieve together! My last official day will be the Friday 29th November, and I'll be looking for new opportunities in the very near future!
