SHAPE THE FUTURE TOGETHER. Earlier this month, Zip Water and Culligan Australia teams assembled in Manly, a beachside suburb in Sydney’s Northern Beaches to share and discuss on how us a team we would shape the future of Zip and Culligan in Australia and globally. Over the course of the two days, business units presented in key areas that is critical to our future including sustainability, sales & service, innovation, operations, marketing, technology & systems, people and finance. Congratulations to all presenters for inspiring our teams on what’s ahead for 2025 and beyond! No doubt it will be another big year. The team also took the time to connect and celebrate with a team building event that got everyone active outdoors, a fabulous and entertaining gala dinner, and enjoyed hearing from Manly local, and 7x World Champion Surfer, Layne Beachley AO for added inspiration to catapult us further in 2025. We're delighted to share that we’ve taken a bold step forward in innovation with the successful integration of our cutting-edge robot at the Condell Park factory. This powerhouse of precision and technology is transforming the way we manufacture stainless steel tanks, used in our iconic Zip HydroTap for both residential and commercial customers. Our new robotic system is a leap into the future, performing three critical tasks—welding, base sealing, and leak testing—with incredible accuracy and consistency. By embracing automation, we’ve improved efficiency, speed, and quality across the board, all while freeing up valuable space on our factory floor. The collaboration between our Operations Engineering and Manufacturing teams made this project a reality, and we couldn’t be prouder.
