“I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark and was left deeply impressed by the man’s left ear’s ability to absorb and index information from his surroundings whilst his right ear and mouth conducted endless meetings via Skype with stakeholders at every imaginable level. Something of a dichotomy, Mark gives his team the freedom to do their jobs how they see fit, yet always seems to know the ins and outs of each item his team are working on and invariably can offer pragmatic solutions to problems faced. When resourcing was short I’ve seen Mark roll his sleeves up and get stuck in, conducting live testing sessions with the end client. In short I’ve never known a test manager to be so involved in the finest of details of the system they are delivering, and to do so so competently. As a leader, Mark allowed me the freedom to explore creative solutions to the problems we faced day to day and consistently demonstrated trust in my judgement, something which we can all admire in our leaders. I would thrilled to work with Mark again in the future and wish him all the best.”
