Business Analyst – Get into Asset Management – up to £85,000 Salary + Bonuses

The ideal opportunity to get into asset management, working with all areas of the business.

A lot of BA roles within the buy-side require in-depth buy-side knowledge, experience and detailed understanding of the products and asset classes you’re working with. Here, that won’t be the case.

Here you’ll be given a great platform to learn all about asset management, fixed income products and the Charles River platform. You’ll work with experienced BAs and PMs and a team of world class technologists. This will be a perfect role if you’ve had a couple of years’ experience as a BA in finance and you’re looking to move to an asset manager.

This team work on complex projects, working closely with every area of the business. Most of the work is within fixed income across the full trade lifecycle. You’ll be given various levels of responsibility, working closely with the development team and vendors. There’ll be plenty of projects to work on, some of which you will be encouraged to lead over time.

In terms of experience, you will need to have a solid understanding of the trade life cycle and have some fixed income product knowledge. A CFA/IMC would be extremely nice to have. Most important is to have some financial experience as a BA.

You’ll be joining an extremely well-respected asset manager with offices in the city, working in a hybrid environment. Starting salary will be up to £85,000 plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
