The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth across a number of business areas. This role requires a level of strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of various marketing channels and tools. The ideal candidate will have some experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and working cross-functionally with different teams.
This role would suit a marketing manager who is results-driven, strategic marketer with some experience in developing client-centric growth marketing strategies. Strong stakeholder and team management skills and the ability to drive campaign delivery to impactful outcomes are essential attributes.
What will you be doing?
Partner with the business to develop a clear strategic direction, an actionable 'go-to-market strategy and campaign plan for the respective sector or capability area
Support the development of an integrated approach across Corporate Affairs & Marketing to align services, messages and sales opportunities
Contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement; supporting every stage of the sale, create opportunities for relationship development and ensure we engage internally with messaging on all our activities
Measure value creation and ROI [set against agreed objectives and targets] directly contributing to the firm’s business growth agenda
Drive a data led approach to champion digital and use of CRM with the marketing team and across the business
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the business development teams across Priority Sector and Capability areas
Delivery of high performing end to end brand, lead generation and sales campaigns – from click to client
Identify target audiences and appropriate marketing channels
Create campaign budgets and timelines
Reviewing better ways of doing things and leveraging tech and digital platforms to deliver high performing campaigns and activities
Set KPIs and performance metrics for campaigns
Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
Optimise campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and achieve targets
What will you need to do it?
- Experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing/campaign management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing impactful and effective marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, as well as CRM [MSD].
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, marketing automation tools, analytics tools)
- Industry knowledge – with the ability to develop strong internal and external networks
- Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
- Ideally educated to degree level. A relevant second degree or professional industry qualification welcome.
- Experience working in a professional services environment would be a distinct advantage
