The ideal candidate will have 6+ months relevant experience, including internships, in investment banking, private equity or transaction services.
Key responsibilities:
Execution of M&A transactions across the TMT sector
Involvement across all aspects of the deal process from origination to completion
Assisting senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
Ideal Background:
Top tier academic background
