We're looking for a Senior Commercial Operations Executive to join our team in London as part of our Events function.
Your team: You will work within the Money20/20 Operations Team to support the operational delivery of the sponsorships at Money20/20 Europe.
Your Role: You will play a core role in the lead up to and during the onsite delivery of the show. The role will require travel to Money20/20 shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Operations Lead in ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of all Money20/20 Europe sponsorships. This includes maintaining streamlined processes, liaising with suppliers, collaborating with the Money20/20 marketing team, and fostering strong relationships with the commercial sales team.
- Work closely with the General Contractor of the show to ensure smooth delivery of exhibitor operations, sponsor stands and feature areas.
- Work with the Commercial Operations Lead and Sales Lead to update and manage changes to the floor plan throughout the show cycle.
- Ensure the sponsor portal and exhibitor show sites are accurate and kept up to date with any changes throughout the show cycle.
- Manage the process and delivery for sponsor meeting rooms at the show.
- Collate and manage sponsors marketing materials to ensure the delivery and oversight of all onsite signage. Maintain and manage the assist inbox and SLT’s alongside the Commercial Operations Assistant.
- Support the Commercial Operations Lead on bespoke sponsorship projects throughout the show cycle, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and sponsor teams.
- Support the delivery of other Money20/20 global shows.

- Office presence required. The current pattern is 2 working days - Tuesday's and Thursday's. Subject to change.
- This role is essential to the onsite delivery so it is necessary that the successful applicant is able to travel, including but not limited to The Netherlands, the United States of America and Thailand.
