In between landowner and agent meetings this morning I managed to drop in on our almost complete Allerburn Manor development. What a transformation to the former Council office building and brilliantly supplemented by some equally high specification new build properties. The site has been challenging from planning and construction aspects but Team Ascent is almost there, well done everyone.
