DBT UK Defence & Security Exports SME Surgery – Understand more about Defence Export Opportunities and the Support Available Thursday 28th November 2024, @ 0930 in Edinburgh / Teams The Department for Business and Trade’s UK Defence & Security Exports in collaboration with ADS Scotland will be running an SME Surgery on Thursday 28th November (0930-1300) at Queen Elizabeth House, Edinburgh and virtually via Ms Teams. The surgery will give businesses an insight into how to access export opportunities in the defence, security and aerospace sector and how the UK Defence & Security Exports team can support you. Following the presentations and discussions there will be a networking opportunity over lunch and the opportunity to have one-to-one meetings with members of the team. The surgery will cover a range of areas including: - UK Defence & Security Exports team and how they support businesses - ADS Scotland and how they support their members - What defence trade missions and events are coming up - How to use UK Defence & Security Exports' equipment demonstration facilities - What you need to know about Export Licences - Accessing funding from the Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) - Looking at a range of export markets and opportunities on the horizon To express your interest in attending please follow the link and register.
