About us
Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School offers a wide range of open enrolment and customised programmes, created with one thing in mind: to create real-world impact. We work with every attendee, partner and client organisation at a deep level, identifying important problems and questions, challenging and coaching people to find answers, and create new knowledge. We bring to the table cutting-edge frameworks and leadership theories – our 55-strong faculty is world-class. But unlike other business schools, we take pride in using these academic frameworks to inform the process, not the final output. We want every attendee to find solutions that suit them and their context, and such outcomes are found through collaboration, not in textbooks. We apply the highest standards of the university’s academic rigour to the entirety of our offering, and are likewise able to call upon the resources of one of the world’s leading centres of learning. We make no apologies that the Cambridge Experience is a challenging one, but no one said realising your ambition was supposed to be easy…

Thrilled to be kicking off another cohort of our #GenerativeAI programme today with a wonderfully diverse and friendly group of participants. Our venue for the next 3 days, Downing College Cambridge, is looking great on this wintery morning, although it feels like we are still a long way from any kind of "AI winter". A great deal of hype remains, but we are also seeing more business impact than ever. I'm looking forward to workshopping our participants' use cases and getting stuck into some of the issues that continue to fascinate me in this area (copyright implications in particular - which we'll start with tomorrow!).
