How often have your career goals changed? "You don't need to have 'the goal' in mind, just have 'a goal' in mind" This was the thing that stood out for me in my chat with Adyen's Global Head of Legal, Leslie O'Callaghan. Leslie started her legal career in a smaller firm in California advising start ups, before working in a large institutional bank at Wells Fargo and then jumping back into the Tech space at Adyen. The moves have all made complete sense but I can see how her goals have changed along the way. Leslie recently relocated to Amsterdam (Adyen's Headquarters) to take on the Global role. She is actually even newer here than I am! Tune into the video below and hear more about Leslie's career and her journey and plans with Adyen!
