Let's champion authentic disability representation on TV. People with disabilities make up a quarter of the UK population but are rarely seen on screen (only 8.3%!) according to a report published by the Creative Diversity Network. This lack of representation can perpetuate stereotypes and hinder social progress. The good news is Children's television is leading the way with 11.9% representation, but there's still a long way to go for all genres. Want to be part of the change?
