The English courts are increasingly busy institutions. 📃⚖ Over the years considerable time has been spent developing the Civil Procedure Rules to encourage the early resolution of disputes and to ensure that, when cases progress, they are dealt with as efficiently and fairly as possible. Nevertheless, it can be difficult for prospective claimants to get it right – so how can they avoid a formal dispute (or be put in a better position if a dispute proves unavoidable)? This LGBTQ+ history month, our OC Pride network lined up a fabulous array of Drag Cabaret nights across our three UK offices. We danced, we sang, and some of us were left speechless by the incredible flexibility of the drag kings and queens who joined us! This was a great opportunity to celebrate this art form and drag's important role in LGBTQ+ history, and many left with some coveted prizes! Thank you to all who made it possible and joined in the fun! We are also pleased to share that OC Pride has been nominated as one of the Top 15 LGBTQ+ Networks (founded after 2015) by the British LGBT Awards !! Congratulations to all those listed ❤ Find out more here > https://lnkd.in/eC3BQUR5 #LGBTQHistoryMonth #OCPride
