What do you think when you see this? Most people's reaction: "Haha 😁" A Slip Stopper's reaction: "That's about as useful as the majority of other yellow wet floor signs being used" Why? You see, most organisations forget what signs are for and how to use them We are so used to seeing them everywhere, we feel like they must be helping us In reality, signs should only be used at two specific times: 1) When knowingly introducing liquid onto the floor during cleaning 2) When quickly, immediately and for a limited timeframe dealing with an unexpected liquid on the floor (like a spillage) If you use signs other than in the two circumstances above, you're simply proving to the world that you have a slip problem A floor getting wet beyond matting - a sign doesn't help you. You need to either make that floor safe when wet, or prevent it getting wet A toilet floor getting wet - a sign doesn't help you. This is a foreseeably and consistently wet area, so you need to ensure the floor is safe to walk upon when wet And the list goes on...
