Wallwork HIP is a centre of innovation. Our 2500 square metres facility boasts state-of-the-art HIP technology from Quintus. More than a processing facility; we are your partner in innovation. We are at the forefront of densification across manufacturing including: • Casting • Additive Manufacturing • Powder Metallurgy/Powder Fabrication • Near-Net-Shape Production • Diffusion bonding We serve component makers in aerospace, automotive, autosports, medical, energy, and more. Wallwork HIP Centre processes a range of materials: Aluminium Alloys: Elevating Excellence These span grades and compositions such as 6061, 7075, and Aluminium-Silicon. Processing conditions range from 500°C to 570°C, coupled with pressures ranging from 50 to 150MPa. These are calibrated according to the demands of each alloy and application. Titanium Alloys: Pioneering Precision Typical grades and compositions such as Ti-6Al-4V are commonly processed. Processing conditions span from 890°C to 930°C, complemented by pressures ranging from 100 to 150MPa. These are optimised for the distinct needs of each material and application. Steels: Strength and Precision The Wallwork HIP Centre is a vital hub for processing steels, such as Carbon, Alloy, Stainless, and Tool. Processing conditions span from 1120°C to 1160°C and pressures ranging from 100 to 150MPa. These are fine-tuned to suit the material and application. Cobalt-Chrome: Applying Expertise Our expertise extends to processing a range of Cobalt Chrome alloys. Processing conditions span from 1180°C to 1220°C, combined with pressures ranging from 100 to 150MPa. We match set-up to the exact demands of material and application. Nickel-Based Super Alloys: Excellence in Specialised Alloys We processes a spectrum of Nickel alloys, including 600 and 700 series Inconel® alloys. Processing conditions span from 1180°C to 1220°C, with pressures ranging from 100 to 170MPa. These are adjusted to align with the unique demands of material and application
