Location is super great of within 1 min walk from the train station. The room is clean and tidy!! However, no toothbrush or toothpaste will be provided. Water will leak from the bathing area when having shower :( so frustrated when you tried ur best to keep clean of the toilet

3 mins walk to train station. Nearby got shopping mall and grocery store. Spacious room. Bathroom a bit old style however the plus point is having heater inside the bathroom. WIFI connection not user friendly sometimes gets disconnected. No drinking water inside the room. Have to take it from the lobby. Got hair dryer. No slipper.

The bed, blanket and pillow are very comfortable. I had a very good sleep. However, there is no privacy because there is no cover up curtain for every bed. And also no in room locker provider. Additionally, the bathroom does not have an air vantilator, I barely can't breathe. Beside than that, over all are good. The entire system is just like a hotel.

The location is good for me, as it is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the main train and bus terminal. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and access transportation without any hassle. The area surrounding the hotel is vibrant, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. The room itself was decent, offering a comfortable stay. However, the only downside was the lack of a table in the room, which would have been useful for working or dining.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the central train station and bus station which is convenient if you are travelling to other places for example, Konigssee and Hallstatt. It is a bit further from the main attractions of Salzburg, around 15 minutes walk. There is no door for the shower and there is a see through glass between the bedroom and shower, not too private if you are travelling with someone else. Shower and toilet are separated. There is an electronic blinds available outside the window, which keep a bit privacy from the room to the outside. Drinking water is only available on the ground floor outside the reception. Reception is helpful but compared to my previously experience, doesn’t feel very welcoming. There are restaurants and a 24-hours kiosk store around the hotel.

Unfortunately, staying at this hotel was one that I had to have an unpleasant situation every day such as: -I ran out of water in the room, the receptionist with Asian features informed me that only by buying 2 bottles of water (which cost me €9 or something) with a bored and indignant tone I can have water in the room. The next day going to breakfast I saw by myself that in the lobby of the hotel they have courtesy lemon water in a big jar. - Unclear information received from reception I missed breakfast because I was not informed that breakfast is at different times on certain days. - Lack of clear communication between the cleaning staff and those at the reception: non-functional hair dryer in the room, changed after 4 days and still functional in the room. The hair dryer could not be changed because the technician only worked on Monday and on Thursday evening I noticed that it was not working. So I had to buy a hair dryer(€48- I couldn't find anything cheaper) I had the possibility to change the room but I was already tired because I had changed a room because of the noise from the street. - Rooms with a view to the street, to the front of the hotel, are uncomfortable because with the closing of the windows you can still hear the noise in the room from the cars. The only receptionist who was professional and empathetic was Anna and who managed to solve my minimum requirements.

The hotel room looks longer than in the photos, it is generally clean, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the old town. There is a supermarket next to the hotel with curtains open There is a bathtub in the toilet, and there is a small gym room in the hotel. There are not many restaurants near the hotel, so it is recommended to book breakfast at the hotel. The streets of Salzburg are sparsely populated after six o'clock. It is recommended to go back to the hotel in the old town earlier as it feels safer. I didn’t want to take photos when the hotel room was too long, so I didn’t upload any photos.

Pool and fitness centre was great-refreshing to have a swim after long days of walking. Close to main train station and 20-30 min walk to Salzburg old town! On arrival hairs on bathroom floor from previous guest. I got walked in on around 9.15am as i was getting changed by hotel staff- they did not knock and it wasn’t near or after check out time - wasn’t impressed!! I checked out on time. - then my room should have been checked/cleaned.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided the clear parking instruction by letting me know there will be free parking on the street during the weekend. I requested a connected room and they provided me what I wanted. The heating system for towel in the bathroom is a plus. However, the light in the room is a bit dark. It will be better if it is brighter.

[A Small Fresh German-Austrian 18th Anniversary Tour 2006-2024] Schloss Fuschl Rosewood, located at Lake Fuschl in Salzburg, was newly opened this summer. You must stay here when you come to Salzburg to experience the castle where Princess Sissi lived. 1. The hotel service is very considerate: from the moment we drive to the hotel, there will be staff to help us park the car, and take the luggage from the car to the room according to our requirements. When checking in, we will be given a drink that is said to be Princess Sissi's favorite. Isn't it a sour plum soup with various mixed berries? Then the butler in charge of us is a handsome Austrian boy. He will take us around the hotel like Liu Laolao entering the Grand View Garden, and then introduce one by one. Knowing that I am a fan of Princess Sissi, I have watched the movie nearly 30 times since childhood, and I will go abroad to watch Princess Sissi's musical. He was also a little surprised and told me that there is also a Princess Sissi Museum in the hotel, which is full of super exquisite treasures! 2. The hotel is in a great location: right by Lake Fuschl. We booked a terrace room. You can open the French windows and walk to the terrace to drink tea facing the lake. There is also Emperor Franz Joseph's suite upstairs. 3. If I have to say the shortcomings of the hotel, it is: the road signs are not big enough and not clear enough, especially when driving from the winding mountain road. Even if I always use Google navigation, it is easy to miss the narrow path leading to the hotel; and there is a narrow road with a 45-degree downhill slope at the entrance of the hotel. It is a bit embarrassing if you encounter driving in the opposite direction😅 4. The hotel's dining is so-so: It's hard to say about eating here... Because I knew before I came that this was a hotel in the countryside and there were no restaurants nearby, so I booked the see terrace by email early. Who knew that the lake view global gourmet restaurant was closed due to weather reasons, and only the Schloss restaurant (castle restaurant) was open. I was disappointed. It's over. It's a meal in a food desert again. As expected, there are very few choices on the menu, only fried pork chops, grilled fish, steaks, etc. I ordered mushroom soup, rib-eye steak, and soufflé. The steak was good, but the sauce was not good. I asked the waiter to add black pepper. The soufflé was huge. The taste was good, but with the plum sauce, it was the kind of sweet that Europeans and Americans like... I wanted to go back to the room and eat the canned fried dace that I bought at Go Asian supermarket before coming here! Overall, this Rosewood is very suitable for vacation and enjoy a slow life!

Stayed for three consecutive nights, the hotel cleaned up the room very quickly, we had breakfast back, the room has been cleaned up. Reminder: Breakfast can provide a variety of fried eggs, you need to place an order with the waiter at the table, and the waiter will send it after you get it.

Value for price. Very convenient. A roof top with an unbeatable view. Classic, large hotel room. Convenient parking and access (you need to know you're staying in a motorway service area). However the entrance to this service area is kind of confusing. Basically there are three or four consecutive exits leading to this area, for different types of vehicles.

Good points •The room was very clean •The bed was fluffy •The sink, toilet, and bath area had heated floors (it was warmer than the room, so I left the door open) •The access to the tourist spots was good •The soaps smelled nice Other points that surprised me or disappointed me •There was a 50 euro deposit (I think this is normal overseas) •For some reason I paid 10 euros when I checked in (I don't speak English, so I don't really understand, and there was no sign of paying on site when I paid in advance) •There was no crosswalk to cross to Europark across the street, so it was a long detour •I wish they had a kettle that could boil water instead of Nescafe •The temperature of the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted (I tried to turn it up because it was a bit chilly, but the temperature couldn't be changed up or down)

Our room is small, but the layout of the hotel should have a large room type in the spa building. The spa facilities are very good in Europe, and there is a large indoor and outdoor pool, which is very good.

A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful. There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip. The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table. They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good. The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. There's a spa in the basement, a sauna, a pool and an outdoor pool. There is tea in the spa, it's delicious, the counters are very friendly The staff at the spa are very friendly. Friendly place to be in Austria

I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast.
