Homestays in Chongqing, China

Great location. Check in was convenient and the view from rooms was great. The apartment is very dated and dusty though and whilst there is a kitchen, there is no equipment, not even a spoon.

The room is bright and clean. Boss is very kind to offer me to carry my luggage as long as u inform early. Have cleaner to clean the room every day.

I had an excellent stay! The best thing is the location of the hotel. It is very close to most attractions we went to. Room is clean and front desk is very helpful everytime we need anything (messaging them through WeChat). I got lost at first, but called the front desk for instructions (you can call through trip.com). You have to go in Tower D of Time Square Apartments and go up the elevator on 31st floor to reach their front desk. Overall, this hotel made our Chongqing experience memorable :) For such a low price, I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Haike Yingzhou is one of the earliest river view rooms developed in Chongqing. It faces the river directly and is a few steps away from the Dongshuimen Bridge. It is very close to Huguang Guild Hall and Longmenhao Xiahaoli opposite. You can see the night view of Xiahaoli when you come back at night. It is also very close to Gate 6 of Raffles. I stayed here for a week and changed two rooms to see the scenery from different angles. The housekeeper is very nice and responded in seconds. She helped me walk the stored luggage to the room when I went out hunting~ The washing machine and dryer are very convenient, the house smells good, and there are many cultural and creative books. The overall style is very good. I will bring my cat son to Chongqing to play next time🐱

The reception is located on level 16 and there is no signage at the lobby to indicate the homestay, and may wonder if get into the right building. There are several homestay or hotel operators in this 25 storeys building with only 2 guests lifts and 1 loading lift to cater to all guests and tenants. Had to wait for more than 10 minutes at peak hours for the lift. Suggest to allocate at least 20 min during peak hours for the lift. Exit through level 4 to Baixiang Jie pedestrian street. The hotel is not within a close walk to the some of the sightseeing places and takes approximately 30 minutes on foot to Raffles city, Chaotianmen cruise embarkation or Hongya dong. The room is quite spacious but rather old and run down. There is no floor mat provided and one can easily slip and fell after shower. The water pressure in the shower is weak when adjusting to hot water. The heater in the washroom is quite noisy. There is a washing machine cum dryer which is very convenient when staying for a few nights. There is also a mini fridge, microwave and plates and cutleries in the pantry area. The room has a view of the river. On the same floor where i am staying, i believe the room next door is occupied by some locals working nearby and i could hear them cooking and frying dishes almost everyday. There is a travel agency located in the building next door, hence it is convenient to make reservations for sightseeing tours. I will not stay in this homestay if i visit Chongqing again.

The accommodation was very nice, and the room was cozy and clean. It had all the amenities, and the view was great. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the project has Korean, Japanese, and American movies as well. I arrived a little early, and they helped me check in right away, and the towel and water were replenished every day. The sound from the hallway was not soundproofed, but it was not a problem because there were few people coming and going. If I come to Chongqing again, I will stay here.

Futon is right in the middle of old XiaHaoLane, so it was convenient to many cafes, tea shops, and restaurants. The views of Chongqing are incredible from this side of the river. Breakfast was wonderful, and I chose the Chinese menu. Western breakfast is also available. There photos are true and I really enjoyed the feel and ambiance. The only thing you should be aware is that it’s about 100 meters from the main road and bus/metro stations, so if you have a large carryon you’ll need to walk up and down a few cobblestone stairs. The room is as beautiful as the picture. Easy to travel. Comfortable stay like being at home. Near the accommodation, there are many food shops. The hair dryer is very strong. There is a washing machine and dryer. Stay for 7 days, no need to carry a lot of clothes. Very good price, 1000 baht, there is change. I recommend it.

Facilities: Complete Sanitation: Clean and tidy Environment: Convenient for eating, drinking and having fun around Service: Very quick and timely response High cost performance, the environment is very good for this price. I will choose to stay again if I have the chance.

Staff is friendly and responsive, room is clean and has a great river view. Need to take the building lift and staircase to the hotel lobby, lighting is abit dark.
