the hotel is situated right in front of the Gulangyu. One could enjoy the nice view during the day and the night. The metro station is nearby and the sightseeing spots is within walking distance, plus lots of restaurants next to the shopping arcade so one could enjoy the local taste while doing shopping. special thanks to Johnny 施為民 at concierge who made my stay easy with his tips on touring the Gulangyu, shopping arcade and promenade where I enjoyed the local food. Johnny's colleagues was also very kind and helpful.

I have been here before and I love this hotel. They have a shuttle services from and to the airport for free and the room is clean and spacious👍🏼🤩 The beds are so soft and comfy❤️ I always stay in this hotel for layovers👍🏼 The staff couldn't speak English though but you can add the Hotel's wechat for easier communication. oh and the hallways are well ventilated with newly installed AC

Prime hotel location. Hotel shower room was good , as I very worry that they don’t have hot shower. But their shower room was good …. They have unlimited mineral water supply as I drink a lot of water. Liling is a very friendly person Overall their customer service is good !

This is the first time I seriously write down my comments and thoughts. Stayed in Xiamen for three days during this trip The location of this Chaozhou hotel is very good. There is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street downstairs and it is not far from the eight cities. It can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The room is very new and very clean. There are free washing machines and dryers that you can use in the lobby. There are public tables and chairs. You can eat and drink, and there are also places to smoke. The overall feeling is quite great. Another thing worth mentioning is the store manager. When we first checked in, she explained the facilities in the hotel and the surrounding attractions in detail. If you don’t understand anything, you can ask her. The manager is very gentle and kind. The service staff at the front desk also have the same service attitude. He is not impatient at all and even helps to inquire about travel-related information. The enthusiasm of the service impressed me deeply. I recommend this hotel to friends who want to visit Xiamen. You will not be disappointed. Of course, it is a small suggestion. However, there is no refrigerator in the room. The front desk can help you freeze the refrigerator in the front desk. The breakfast content is relatively simple, but there is nothing else to say. It is very good, especially (you are so good, Xiaowei). The voice smart butler is also very convenient. It can control the lighting, air conditioning and curtains with voice. Overall, I will visit again next time. This is a hotel I will want to go back to in Xiamen! ! Finally, thank you to the store manager and all the service staff During this three-day trip to Xiamen, there may be some places that I didn’t feel so good about. The hotel exceeded my expectations, new and clean, perfect location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free drink fridge in the lobby is awesome, can grab a drink whenever needed saves some mon koey but most importantly saves the trouble to go to a store for more drinks as it was hot while we were in Xiamen. They even provide contact lenses case for free in case one forgets to bring one. This will definitly be my go to hotel when I visit Xiamen again in the future.

Everything about my stay at the hotel was great. I had a late arrival, so its proximity to airport was the main reason i choose it. I walked to the hotel +- 500meter and arrived there at midnight. Reception was still available, although they had a selfcheckin service (my backup plan in case my flight got delayed). I got my key within minutes (thank you) and was greeted by a big spacious clean comfortable Mondriaan themed room. Shower was great, bed was super. Although close to airport, not a sound. I had to leave early so i couldb try breakfast. Checkout was done by Carl. Very polite professional young man who not only did the checkout, but also was helpfull in explaining the best way to get to the trainstation. He even arranged a taxi, and stayed with me until it arrived to tell the driver were to bring me. During the few minutes wait i was offered drink (iced tea) and a parting gift (box of almond pastries. My stay was short but very pleasant. The hotel is full of art pieces, a cute usher robot us driving around, staff is professional... i know where to stay. Thanks again Carl (pic just before checkout)

The bed was comfortable, and we slept well at night. The air conditioning was cold enough! The breakfast was decent, and we were fairly satisfied with it, at least it wasn’t bad. You can also order delivery to the hotel, and a robot will bring it to your room, which was really convenient. Foreigners without a local phone number can ask the front desk for the hotel’s phone number. The laundry service was also great—if you don’t come to dry your clothes in time, the staff will help dry them for you as long as you write it on the designated card and hang it up. The only downside was that we were a bit shocked when we first arrived at the hotel, as the exterior didn’t quite match the photos online. The entrance is on a sloped alley, making parking inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower head wasn’t big enough.

this hotel adopts the smart home concept. the room can be voice controlled by xiao du xiao du to turn off the lights, close the curtain, turn off the tv, etc. the toilet is also equipped with Japanese style tech. the room is spacious and designer pays attention to detail such as lighting does not shine into the eyes when lying on the bed. the light ***** is bright enough and not dim. the shampoo and body wash are very good for my skin, moisturizing. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. there are lots of fruit. the seats are comfortable. the staff are helpful and you can contact them easily via wechat. the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the island, you can take the metro, buses to get to the popular attractions easily. there are also plenty of shared bikes around. the hotel is in a shopping mall, there is a supermarket on the second floor. there are plenty of eateries around.

I stayed here on May 25th. The staff at front desk is really fast and helpful. The view inside the hotel, which is also restaurant for breakfast, is so nice. The food is good. Many local foods around the hotel, very convenient. Very near the airport too.

The soundproofing in the room is not very effective. During my stay, the bathroom is undergoing renovations, which means I have to use the public bathroom. Overall still a hood experience.

IHG never disappoints! Location: right in the heart of downtown Fuzhou, convenience stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. 5 stars! Breakfast: bountiful selections, from Western-style to local food. Things to see: several tourist spots and attractions are nearby, like museums and ”Three Lanes and Seven Alleys”, hop on a bike and you will be there in 15 min. Rooms: Clean, and with a view! Staff: friendly and attention to detail! 感谢西餐厅郭静经理！ 你给我准备的低因咖啡sure hits the spot every morning!

Great location great hotel! Staff can't speak English. Beds were so soft and comfy. Rooms were spacious. Laundry room is excellent with dryers, washers and steamer. When we didn't retrieve our clothes in time, staff helped us fold some of our laundry and placed it all in a bag. Love that there were non-smoking rooms. Finally can sleep without the lingering hint of smoke in my nostrils. So close to the mall and the cute pedestrian zone. Tons of options for food and shopping. The hotel provides you with so many water bottles! Really appreciate it as this city gets super hot.

Very good location in city centre. Very close to metro station. It’s meant to be a non smoking room/hotel, but can smell cigarettes everywhere. The toilet plumbing requires to be improved, as it was blocked following normal usage. Breakfast was also average; it seems a lot of options, but not many western style dishes.

As to be expected of the Shangri-La Hotel, the level of Cleanliness, Service & Amenities are excellent. It is also quite centrally located in Fuzhou. In fact we are so confident & happy with the Shangri-La that we’ve already booked a room for when we spend our last day in Fuzhou, before returning to Singapore

The hotel is really close to the subway station, with convenient transportation, simple and elegant decoration, overall hygiene, cleanliness, and refreshing. The front desk service provided by Xiaojia is enthusiastic and impeccable.

Location was unbeatable! Right next to dongbai metro station. Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved. Mirror had some stains and room showed some signs of aging. Breakfast was average and mainly catered to the Chinese market

We checked with the cleaner whether they have hand cream or not, they said no and asked us to get help from front desk. But surprisingly, we found a robot delivering two hand creams to our room, it was nice and sweet. The room is clean and newly renovated. Opposite to the hotel is a direct airport bus (just RMB31), which takes only 50 minutes to changle airport.

With its convenient airport transfer, beautiful beach access, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast, it offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

[Advantages:] - Strategically situated for both city exploration and convenient airport bus accessibility. [Disadvantages:] - Despite being marketed as a city view room, the accommodation lacks any scenic vistas due to an obstructing tall metal wall directly outside the windows. The breakfast provided fell short of expectations, and I recommend considering alternative options such as ordering from a reputable food delivery service or exploring nearby dining establishments.

We were welcomed by the Osmanthus/GuiHua smell while we first stepping into the lobby. The smell was so good that ease our mind. Of course the lobby, the room interior is great! I love it! The TV also provide the nearby tourist spot and its introduction. Customer service is excellent especially Xiao Liu, who provided us many suggestions and guides for our day trip. It was really great help. She is also very caring, each time we pass by the lobby, we were greeted and reminded by her the temperature has dropped, make sure we has enough covered.

Great hotel—anticipated need, provide exceptional service When checking in, front desk 西袖provided necessary information like aircon tuning tips that makes our stay more comfortable. She also recommended a lunch place nearby that turned out to be a highly recommended eatery. The hotel provided, besides welcome drinks and snacks, little things like dry shampoo, dental floss sticks etc in a ‘treasure chest’ very thoughtful. Most impressive is the laundry room. It is so well equipped that many hotels pale in comparison. Besides washer, dryer that a provided free for use, they even provide free detergents, not just for machines but also hand wash. The room comes with a basin for hand washing and steamer and normal iron. It also install sofa for guest to wait comfortably. Only suggestion is to brighten the room more. The hotel is well situated. With 5 minutes walk to Wanda. The room cost includes the breakfast and supper, thus it is not more expensive and definitely value for money. The breakfast spread is enough to cater to international palate. I also like that all the quanzhou snacks that everyone raved about is served here and quite well done. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting quanzhou. In fact, I myself is actively seeking out hotels of the same brand when moving to next destination

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very polite, helpful and hardworking! There's the nice note in the hotel room with some snacks. Room also had several travel reference guides with lots of pictures. Great for last minute planning! Receptionists were very kind when answering some rather silly questions, haha. We only stayed one night, the next day it was different staff. I had asked them for the name of the staff member who check us in, so here's a shout out to ”小莲” ”Little Lotus” Thanks for your help! Highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5

For now, in our opinion the best hotel in Shishi, still has one to try out to compare and give this bold statement. Internet flawless, breakfast and dinner on top of the hotel amazing, good food and great views. Staff very friendly and attentive when request were made. The robot bring you food is a nice touch, i know many hotels had, but this one even has a kind of stickers which made the robot funny friendly.

I always stay here when i am in Jinjiang, this time i went with my family..They upgraded our room and surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife too.. The breakfast was delicious as always with lots of western options..the staff is polite and attended us for all our needs including early late check out! The night market and sunshine plaza near the hotel makes it ideal for family stay! Highly recommended!

This is my first time staying at a hotel where the sink is not in the bathroom. It is very convenient to use. The Ji Hotel Quanzhou Ancient City Zhongshan Road Branch I booked for this trip has convenient transportation. It is within walking distance of the Confucian Temple, Kaiyuan Temple, Bell Tower, and Chengtian Temple. It is very suitable for those of us who like to travel slowly. It is a hotel we can choose next time we come to Quanzhou.

Really an amazing hotel. Very very surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel and also the amazing location. The room is gorgeous and looks better than the pictures. Staff was super friendly and provided everything I needed for my stay!

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms. Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it. Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.

Excellent service and location. Free coffee, teas, snacks and ice cream at reception area. Free self service laundry facility. Plenty of free bottled water in the room. Sound proof of the room is good. Had some good nights sleep despite being on the main road. Room is cleaned every day. It's not very spacious but plenty room for a solo traveller. Breakfast is typical of Chinese standard if you prefer Chinese food. Coffee is good though. Plenty of fresh fruit and croissants.i would stay here again if I am in the area again.

This trip to Chaoshan and Quanzhou, the last stop is Quanzhou 📍. I looked at a lot of hotel options online and finally chose Quanzhou Xiamen Airlines Hotel. Entering the hotel gives people a refreshing feeling. The reservation requires a quiet room on a high floor, and the hotel meets all the requirements. The service is particularly thoughtful and enthusiastic. The service staff will take the initiative to greet you when you enter the hotel. There is free self-service coffee and bottled water next to you when you check in. There will also be free self-service fresh fruits (good quality and variety), bottled water and snacks as soon as you come out of the elevator on the floor. There are small robots for room service. I especially recommend the hotel's rich breakfast variety, as well as local delicacies. The rice noodle soup is super delicious 😋 A bowl a day 🥣, bread and cakes are also recommended, but it's a pity that I didn't take many photos 📷. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and it must be a five-star rating!
