The room that I booked and paid for was a Executive King suite. Upon arrival and check in, what I received was a standard double bed room. The hotel was not helpful in resolving my concern despite confirming at check in that I reserved the Executive King. Trip.com, where this was booked, has only offered to provide trip coins, or a refund if I EMAIL them banking or credit card information. Needless to say, this has been a disappointing experience, both at the hotel, as well as with the booking site. I'm not likely to recommend either one.
