Overall good, front desk manager and other staff were cooperative. They let me check in early morning, otherwise I had to wait till afternoon for regular check in. In addition they offered me free Breakfast buffet at first day check in, breakfast fast was good but not many options, still good enough. Room was wide, clean and comfortable.

the hotel is located in the city center, near the Heydar Aliyev center with a beautiful park ~ 5 minutes walk. There are two large depar**ent stores right next to the hotel where you can buy food. about the hotel: clean, beautiful, shower amenities and bathrobe included. They leave 2 bottles of water in the room, but do not change it. comfortable bed - view of a busy road from the window - the room is quite quiet. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the embankment by bus through traffic jams - it's not that far. overall a good hotel.

Были в данном отеле перед Новым годом! Все очень понравилось! Номер шикарный с панорамным остеклением и амбиентной подсветкой, все системы работают, нужно сделать потеплее пожалуйста, номер нагревается моментально. Дизайн номера и отделка современные, в номере все есть, находится в нем очень приятно. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля, все максимально вежливые, с утра на завтраке встречают с улыбками, спросят все ли тебя устраивает, принесут кофе или что попросишь. У жены на даты пребывания выпало день рождение, отель подарил презент, но как это было сделано просто вау, шампанское и тортик со свечкой вывезли во время завтрака, персонал вышел поздравить было очень приятно! Огромное спасибо всем сотрудникам отела. Завтраки на высоком уровне, каждый найдет то, что любит,и чудесная сервировка . Это Один из лучших отелей в которых мы были! Рекомендуем!!!
