Awesome the hotel n batter for holiday with family, I'm recommended for this..

Overall good for accommodation during staying in Lampung.. 30 minutes drive to the airport and this hotel connecting to mall which has restaurants and coffee shops... good service and clean.. easy check in and check out.. room size also okay... not small and the aircond also cold.. TV channels not much choices.. breakfast items everage and taste are standard hotel 4 stars..

The hotel is clean, the hotel staff are all friendly, it's just that the request for a birthday greeting in the mirror was missed but when the receptionist was told it was immediately done. Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.

Well, it was a nice stay. All the staff was very nice, kind, cooperative, polite and professional. Particularly, young lady at the reception counter...Her name is...Bella or something like that...was very polite and humble and helpful. The food was good and delicious. Location is also very ideal in all respects.

I stayed on Emersia Hotel during a long holiday (13 Mei 2022), so when need to extend my booking, the room is almost fully booked. For services, cleanlines are verry good. For amneities must be reviewed again by hotels.. Swimming pool is not too large, so it's look little bit crowded when many guest are swimming. Thank you Emersia hotel

The hotel has a good location, complete entertainment facilities, and good breakfast. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is relatively poor. If you have trouble sleeping, it is recommended to choose a high-rise room with a city view.

Clean, good, strategic hotel, just lack of swimming pool facilities and the gym is equipped again, definitely add the best hotel if the swimming pool and the gym equipment are equipped again

The friendliness of the staff is very good. The rooms and views are good. But the shower faucet didn't feel hot water, I got to the 7th floor. As for the food, the taste needs to be leveled again, it's a shame that the appearance of the food is good but the taste is still lacking. I ordered grilled chicken rice with maranggih spices, the seasoning was very thin, almost no taste, the only taste was bitter burnt, the rice was hard, the side dish was cold, the most unsuccessful was the chili sauce. Please pay attention to the chef's attention to the taste of the food. The breakfast menu is varied and the taste is sufficient but it would be better if the spices were bolder.
