This hotel was really great, it was very beautiful, well located, staff was helpful and even spoke a bit English. Overall very nice stay and I would repeat.

I recently stayed at Wanda with 2 rooms, and while the location and amenities were satisfactory, I encountered a significant issue with the billing process. I was charged for my room twice through a third-party service, which was quite frustrating. The hotel staff was apologetic, but the resolution took longer than expected. I believe the hotel management should review their billing procedures to prevent such occurrences in the future. Overall, the experience was mixed. I enjoyed my stay but hope to see improvements in their payment system.

Excellent service beautiful room and had welcome and help from assistant manager Lynn Yang and her staff. Location is perfect for international travelers. Breakfast on the 6th is very good and it has also a great executive lounge. Frederic

The room has very strong cigarettes smells! Ask the lobby staff they told me the hotel rooms are all non smoking 🤔

Always stay here when i’m here for business trip. room is clean and big and overall service is great. The breakfast is good too and the hashbrown was surprisingly super tasty. haha!

Location: Heart of Beijing, big shopping malls by walking distance, lots of restaurants inside the modern malls and not expensive at all. Giant supermarket "Fresh Hippo" next to the hotel, 24hrs convenience store less than 1 min walk, so no worry about your night snacks and drinks. Breakfast: Lots of variety of foods, taste is good and up to standard. My compliments to the coffee guy (Mr Nice guy) and waffle lady (helpful), egg counter chef (he can understand English), sorry I forget to ask their names ＞o＜. Front desk: Check-in is fast and check out is hassle free. My kids got a bear dolls from Amy Tao when I check out, Thanks. Room: I changed my room after 1st night becos something broken and need to be fixed, after that no complain. Big TV comes with lots of local channels, Nat Geo, MTV, HBO, etc. Big bathtub, nice bed, big room and comfy bed, up to standard. Overall: Value for Money and up to standard.

I had thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Wanda Vista Beijing (which was a combination of business and leisure, collectively made up of 4 bookings on two platforms). 1. The service at the hotel was impeccable. Despite that complexity of the many bookings and payment arrangements, the staff managed to cater to my requirements on documents and payment methods, and placing me on the same floor with my travel companions (which was made on yet another booking). Special thanks to Dora Dai and her colleagues for the hassle they had to endure to cater to our requirements. 2. The decor was nice, and the location was within walking distance from two metro stations. I appreciated the choice of two different metro lines and the surrounding amenities. The only downside I would say is some of the rooms were showing minor signs of aging (e.g. chipped corners in the sinks). 3. The breakfast buffet was particularly to my liking, with many fruit and vegetable options, and the seasonal treats (e.g. mooncakes) gave it a Beijing flair. I had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Really luxury hotel. Room is clean and the toilet is huge. Water pressure is good. Location is great

Air conditioning was not working. SPA and sauna service not included in the price.

Big and beautiful hotel Shopping mall and business centre very nearby. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Very helpful staff. Strongly recommend.
