Service is too old style . And bit ******** style.. facility is also bit out of today. The tourist crowd. Won’t stay anymore

Renovating everything. Will stay next time. The carpet in the room was a bit dirty.

Things were bit old and service wasnt good.

this hotel refused to return my deposit after check out. I paid on the trip.com app in full. They said I never paid. They refused to call nor contact trip.com and insisted that they would keep the deposit to pay for the room. The worker at the front desk was very rude and refused to get a manager. I asked 100 times for a manager. They told me after 2 minutes that the manager would come. I was there for about 10 minutes and no manager came. I had to leave because I had high speed train tickets booked. So at this point, I left the hotel without my deposit being refunded. This employee is should be fired. This hotel should be removed from trip.com. They tried stealing 6,600 rmb from me. Luckily, I was able to get it back. This doesn’t make sense at all because when I checked in, they said I paid and they were only taking a deposit. Also, the hotel is not 5 star. It’s an old rundown hotel. They have lights broken in every room (I booked two rooms). Also, lots of uncivilized people staying here. I had to call security 4 times because it’s was almost midnight and people are yelling in the halls and hotels doors opened. I’ve lived in China for 5 years and this is one of the worst experiences that I’ve had. I’m going to be reporting this to the Chinese business bureau.

Convenient location, 10-15 min walk to nearest subway station, 20-25 min walk to Beijing train station. Clean, cosy, spacious room, clean linen and manchester. Quiet neighbourhood, a few eateries and convenience shops nearby. Very courteous, thoughtful and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Good value too!

The hotel it self was clean and neat. But half the building is under construction the pool is not available for use. One of the main reasons I picked the hotel is because of the availability of a pool.

I have stayed here many times. It is clean, hygienic and has good service. When I checked in and parked, I met two leaders who helped me find a parking space and carry my luggage. I sincerely ❤️thank you. Thumbs up for your thoughtful and considerate service👍🏻

The room is old-fashioned, the facilities are OK, but the location is a bit troublesome. Every time I take a Didi back, it is located in a different place. The hotel is about 6 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square. The service attitude of the reception staff at the door is good. When I left the hotel, the lobby manager gave me warm mineral water, which is really good.

The hotel is very good, cost-effective, and the surrounding supermarkets Lawson, 711, Dexiang Nanmen Shabu-shabu are very convenient. The waiters are warm and polite, and the late check-out at 2 o'clock is very humane. I was very nervous when I saw the bad reviews before the trip, but I felt at ease when I arrived at the hotel. The room is clean and cleaned every day. It is very close to Qianmen subway station, and it is very convenient to take Line 1 and Line 2
