Best Beijing Spa Hotels

I had a fantastic stay at Sofitel Beijing Central. The hotel blends modern luxury with traditional elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning city views. The staff was attentive and ensured a pleasant experience. Dining options were excellent, featuring both local and international cuisine, including a traditional treat cover. The hotel also feature a meal delivery robot. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions.

We love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

Everything about the hotel is perfect. Very nice room, great location and view, nice staff with good English. Not best rating because I tried to modify my booking and i couldn't do it. Even tho the front desk lady said i can change it the app didn't allow me.

Excellent as usual. The location is conveniently reached by subway from beijing international airport. Rooms are extremely comfortable and practical. The view on Sanyuanqiao is fantastic from the deluxe rooms.

I have stayed in other rosewood in other countries. This one so far has the best value! Location is very convenient, next to China world shopping mall (huge mall with tons of food and shopping), next to subway stations, and easy to get car rides. Room is very spacious and clean. The view of Beijing skyline is great! There are 2 housekeeping per day and they have a night time service that close the blinds and setup bed and shower. Amenities are great, breakfast has lots of variety and fresh, but I see a lot of waste from others since it’s buffet style… swimming pool and spa is very nice and clean. One and only downside is it’s very close to the 3rd ring and cars hunk a lot. Can be a little bit noisy during rush hours, I can hear it even on the 18th floor, but I got use to it quickly so I don’t mind as much. So many more positive things to say, I’ll definitely make rosewood Beijing my default hotel every time I visit:)

The hotel room was amazing. We paid to upgrade to a Jr suite and the bath tub was the highlight of the room! Very cool layout for the room and funky modern decor. Staff were lovely in the bussines lounge and very helpful. All spoke enough English too.Loved the seats in the elevator and these were great as the elevators were very slow especially being on the 20th floor. A few downfalls. The food in the business lounge. We paid for this as it's the Intercontinental so were expecting great things. The food was very disappointing. Nothing special at all, very limited and basic. Not what you would expect from the intercontinental brand. Very disappointed. We would stay again at this hotel maybe, but definitely would not bother with the business lounge package sadly. The swimming pool looks nicer in the photos than in real life. The most outrageous thing was them charging 200rmb pp for a swim cap. We had just come here from the Four seasons where they not only have a stunning pool just like their photos but also gave complimentary swim caps if you did not have them. The service for the swimming pool was not great at Intercontinental either and put you off even wanting to go in.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

The service was incredibly nice. The hotel location was perfect . And what a stunning view out of the hotel room . The breakfast was also very very good. Starting with eggs, waffles, Chinese food (very delicious),German meet loaf until Müsli, vegetable and fruits as a starter . We can also recommend the burger in the hotel restaurant. In the basement was a huge swimming pool and a very nice and clean kids play club . I think we will come back for a nice family weekend trip @Kempinski

Great location, the hotel is within Gubei Water Town. It is a short walk to Simatai great wall cable car and to the main area of the water town. Room was clean and comfortable except that it didn’t have air condition. Called the front desk and was told we’ll have to open the windows. We went in October so it was chill at night. Breakfast spread was amazing, there was so much options. It’s slightly pricey, but you pay for what you get.

The hotel room was very basic with no coffee machine and a crappy hair dryer. I tried to use the clothes line in the shower to dry the kid's swim suits, but it didn't reach the other side of the wall and just snapped off in my hand. The staff in the hotel are polite and helpful, but the staff in the hotsprings aren't so nice. I actually chose this hotel because the outside pools looked fun for kids, but it turns out it's part of a separate hotsprings area which isn't free for hotel guests. My husband and 2 month old had to buy a ticket to accompany my eldest and I even though they weren't using the facilities. Then, we only stayed outside for 30 minutes because we were eaten by mosquitoes. Avoid the outdoor hotsprings this time of year unless you don't mind mosquito bites. Extremely disappointed.
