Green Oriental Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Qixinggang Subway Station) Reviews

The hotel has easy access to/from the airport by metro, as it is next to Qixinggang station, served by metro line 10. From the line 10 ticket area of Qixinggang station, there is a lift at Exit 4 that leads directly to street level, and the hotel is only 20-30m from the lift exit. Qixinggang station is also served by metro line 1, which goes to Shapingba high speed rail station and many attractions such as Raffles City mall and Ciqikou old town. There is a convenience store 2 corners from the hotel entrance, and the hotel lobby also sells drinks and ice cream. My room is clean and comfortable. There is also a small rooftop gym and rooftop terrace with nice views of the city. There is only 1 lift inside the hotel so there may be waiting time during busy periods.

overall a good hotel, not far from metro station, and walking distance from central areas of Chongqing

very good location for Line1 and10 metro. lift just in front of the hotel tower. outside buiding looks old, but inside got renovate to very good room

The hotel is conveniently located at a line 10 train station exit with lift. The female staff are nice and we can keep our baggage at the front desk when we went for day tour. The hotel is clean but the shower can't seems to be consistently kept at the temperature I wanted.

Well located, Metro is just 50m away, helpful hotel staff. Although we may not get much smile from them but they still greet us all the time. They meet our expectations!

The hotel's location is really good,5 minutes walk to reach a bus or a metro,both are very near. The room is clean but the carpet has cigarette burns here and there. The service was great,the staff was helpful. It's close to most of the main attractions in Jiefangbei.

A very good location! We travel by train and the station is right in front of the hotel (You must take the elevator not the escalator) and there are a department store 3mins walk nearby hotel.

A comfortable room and very clean. My only suggestion would be to make it more easier to book a non smoking room. I don’t smoke and although the rooms are very clean, the person who stayed before me must have smoked a lot because the staid smell of cigarette smoke was very strong.

All conditions are very good. It is a high-end hotel at a low price. The transportation is convenient. You can get there by the barrier-free elevator at Exit 4 of Qixinggang Subway Station. We came in the off-season, so the hotel also upgraded our room type for free, which was very good.

The sanitation is very good, the service of the lady at the front desk is friendly and polite, the location is excellent, travel is convenient, and the surrounding supporting facilities for eating, drinking and entertainment are complete. The price-performance ratio is very good.

The hotel is not far from the subway station, but the building next door is under construction, which looks a bit dirty. The front desk lady is very pretty. Although she doesn't smile much, she upgraded my room from the 2nd floor to the 7th floor. I am really grateful. When I watched TV at night, I found that there were very few local satellite TV stations, only 2-3 channels, and most of them were not available. I contacted the front desk, and a handsome guy came up to help debug, but there was still no local TV. I called to ask, and he said that the local TV station was upgrading, so there was no local TV station. I couldn't refute it. After the handsome guy left, the more I thought about it, the more wrong it was. How could most local TV stations be upgraded at the same time? Moreover, I have been in Chongqing for a few days, and the hotels in Chongqing North Station and Dazu do not have this problem. There are too few TV stations, and the facilities are deducted by 1 star. If you are not satisfied with the reply, the service is deducted by 1 star, but the service at the front desk is good, so the service is not deducted. Maybe I heard it wrong. It's not the local TV station that is being upgraded, but the hotel TV system that is being upgraded. I have stayed in such a hotel before. There are very few TV stations. Even the room attendants complained that the TV was good before the upgrade, but it was not working after the upgrade. I wonder if the hotel owner is reluctant to pay for the cable TV package? Or did the unscrupulous contractor who upgraded the TV system cheat the hotel? The breakfast was good and should meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. When checking out, the beautiful lady wanted to give a 5-star review, and I answered truthfully that I missed watching 2 episodes of the TV series, so a 5-star review was impossible.
