The hotel is in a great location, close to many museums and tourist attractions (maps are provided in the room). When I checked in, the staff took the initiative to help carry my luggage to the room, which was very polite. Although the restaurant was booked for an event on the day of check-in, the staff still guided me to the bar for dinner, and did not neglect me because of the event. There was a friendly reminder of the arrival of winter time in the room, and bathrobes and slippers were placed in advance. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious, and I will book this hotel again next time I come to Ireland.

Last time I stayed here ( about 6 years ago?) room was dirty so have not been back again until three weeks ago. Location is superb right at the edge of Temple bar along the River Liffey -downside its a party area so like most Hotels in this area dont plan to sleep until late as lots of noise from bars etc. Room was lovely with lots of nice touches -only big issues I had was in 12c Dublin coming from 32c Jakarta and central heating did not work-you have to call reception to get it switched on then it cuts off every hour and does not work again until you call reception-totally unacceptable for a 5 star Hotel . Ended calling them five times so not much sleep!! It was a Tuesday night so looked like one of the bars in the Hotel was shut-but lots outside anyhow. Did not have breakfast as last time I did was served-took ages and was cold-judging by recent reviews on tripadvisor looks like this still. Reception on check in and out would not win any prizes for their hospitality and were just ok-could learn from The Morrison across the river where I stayed a few nights earlier -genuine hospitality. Would I stay there again -NO -leave it to Bono and the locals -heat is a basic requirement as is hospitality-better Hotels for the same or less money to be had in Dublin City.

The Green Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was centrally located, beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful or nice. This was my first trip to Dublin and Jessica at the front desk was wonderful in providing help and assistance. The room was spacious and everything was in proper working order. The breakfast was unbelievable and so delicious. The perfect meal to start the bay exploring Dublin by foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Facilities: Renovated in an old building, there is no elevator, the internal structure is more complicated, we are arranged in 5XX, but it is actually the 3rd floor, the body feels the 5th floor, through a door, around the strange structure. And each floor of the stairs is very high, very tired, as if climbing on the 10th floor! The decoration is slightly old, but I tried my best to maintain the original classical characteristics of the old building. I made a lot of efforts in the decoration, laid on the red carpet, hung a lot of oil paintings, especially in the lobby and restaurant. The front desk was very simple and early in the morning. It was also very interesting and decorated with a strong Christmas atmosphere. The room is a bit rudimentary, the facilities are old, especially the bathroom, as if you came to the guest house, the door is not very sensitive to swipe the card, it seems that there is no air conditioning.
Hygiene: Generally, barely pass the customs.
Environment: The location is in Dublin District 2, District 2, on the south side of the river, is a relatively safe area, and it is very convenient. You can walk to Dublin's major attractions, riverside and shopping centers. St Steven's and a well-known museum are within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. There is also a light rail station next to it. The bus needs to cross a graffiti-filled street to another main street, which seems much less secure, a bit like Camden Town in London, where supermarkets and restaurants are also.
Service: The staff was very welcoming, especially the staff in charge of the breakfast, and we felt very welcome and received a lot of care.

The location is right in the heart of the city, good for people who like clubbing. Heard that Temple bar area could be problematic at late night, but it was never a problem as we returned by 10pm. Many shops and good eateries within 5 min walk. The sightseeing spots are mostly readily accessible on foot.
Hotel staff were friendly and polite. Rooms are clean and towels looks new white. Walls are thick enough for sound proof, even not aware of one flushing in toilet in early morning. Our room faced the internal opening i.e. no view but not noisy. The only shortcoming is no fridge. Highly recommended.
It's called the Airport Hilton Hotel, but it's actually 8 kilometers away from the airport. However, there is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which runs every 40 minutes, which is quite convenient. Breakfast was good.

GGuest UserI think this will be a nice stay once their remodel is done, but wait until then.
When booked initially, the reservation was for the Hard Rock Hotel. About a week and a half before I arrived, NYX acquired the building. We received no notification about this from either business. The hotel was slightly outdated and undergoing the beginnings of redecoration. The staff seemed to either be hired by NYX and unfamiliar with the hotel or previous employees who were unfamiliar with the new management’s policies. For example, the manual chain lock on my door had been disabled in both of our rooms and the staff at the desk didn’t seem to understand how it had happened. They did move me to a room with a working manual lock immediately, but didn’t seem to understand why I felt the need for one as a single woman in the room and assured me that the staff would respect my privacy. The person in the other room in our booking also had his disabled but didn’t want to bother moving. The next day, housekeeping barged into his room without waiting for an answer to her knock. The person inside was just finishing dressing.
Other than that, it’s just little things that haven’t yet been worked out in the management change. For example their card scanners in the rooms and elevators seem to be new and still finicky, and the person at reception hadn’t read the laundry policy on the NYX laundry slips in the rooms. The slips specified it would be back by 6pm if picked up by 8am, but she said it might be the next day. She also had me bring the laundry down to the reception desk when the slip said it would be picked up. The staff was actually really great and when I pointed it out I did get same day laundry; it seemed like a new management miscommunication.
Overall, I’d recommend staying here after they’ve had a chance to settle and remodel. They were already starting to take down the Hard Rock decorations and I suspect they will also redo the older and brightly colored carpets and walls. Since we didn’t receive any notifications about the new management and redecorating, I’m not sure there will be one about that either.

TtheandantelifeStayed one night before flying out of Dublin. Our first time at a Crowne Plaza and we were impressed. The location is somewhat far (in my opinion) for an airport hotel - the shuttle took about 15 mins to make the trip. However, the surroundings are very beautiful - hotel is across from a historic park. And the hotel lobby has maps, water and towels for people who want to jog around the park!
Rooms are large and rather old-school plush, nothing to complain about! Best feature must be the reusable glass bottles for water in the rooms, 2 are provided for you to fill with either still or *gasp* SPARKLING water from the dispenser on each floor!
The gym was fairly large and very well-equipped for a hotel gym, i.e. lots of free weights and cable machines!
Restaurant breakfast was amazing! Huge spread, and Angelina (I hope I remembered correctly!) at the hostess stand was so obliging and helpful when we turned up before the restaurant opened at 6am because we had to scarf down our food and leave by 7. She brought us a pot of coffee right away and held our luggage behind her desk. Thank you so much!!
SSteven FaganThe junior staff were amazing, senior staff were up themselves, location was great hotel was clean. The dining area was too small and for a 4 star hotel I would've expected my breakfast served, not help yourself style you would find at a travel lodge. In short over priced rooms no lesuire facilities and for 4 mojitos cost €50 I've had better value for money elsewhere. First and last time I will stay here!!!
BBryce van de LaarIt’s a good hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good sense of security. They also run a lot of events like pub crawls, quiz nights and walking tours which are great for getting to know the city and meeting fellow travelers.
I stayed in a four pod room which had a locker for each and its own bathroom. It was clean and quite large and because of the small group, there was never a queue to use the facilities.
The restaurant/ pub attached is good and reasonably priced. I had a really satisfying cup of coffee.
It is quite well located, but not ideal. It’s down an alley which is totally fine, but feels dodgy. It is also just further out of the fun parts of the city than I would like.

GGuest UserWe arrived around 5.30pm and stayed only one night. The welcome drink was a nice touch but however in the morning there was lots of banging next door to our room. My husband was up all night with a cold so we hadn’t slept much. When we walked out of our room at 9.30 am to have breakfast the cleaners were sitting in armchairs with their vacuums and cleaning g products. It felt like they were waiting for us to go. When we returned to our room to pack up ( check out is 12) there was a knock at our door at 11.30 by cleaners. It felt like a lot of pressure for us to get out and no privacy as they were siting outside.
The staff at breakfast hovered and were on top of us and asked us to order straight away before we even read the menu. The wait for the food was long and my eggs were cold when they came out.
There is no lift to our floor so passing the cleaners sitting in armchairs we also passed cleaners sitting on the stairs. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and not private.
The hotel it self is well located and beautiful interiors but wouldn’t stay there again. We have stayed at a lot of boutique and 5 star hotels all over the world and this was just average.

HHutsulka KsenyaI stayed at the hostel for two nights, choosing it after reading many positive reviews. While I can’t say it was the best option, it was decent for a short, budget-friendly stay. The location was convenient, close to the city center, and the room was warm. A simple breakfast was also included, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was an acceptable choice for a short stay.

FFelipeVery comfortable hotel, 15 minutes walk from the center, large and very comfortable rooms, Irish buffet breakfast and very quiet. At first I had my doubts because of the proximity of the train but without problems, you can't hear it. Total satisfaction and from the Dublin Georges Quay Ulster Bank bus stop, it takes about 10 minutes to walk.

NNo_return_dateThis place is a zoo. Lots of noise and the bar downstairs reminded me of a college bar. My primary problem with this place is it is like a maze and if you stay in a dorm your gender’s bathroom may be on another floor which is a pain if you have to go in the middle of the night. The bathrooms were not extremely clean but the bathroom at basement level for the bar/restaurant had standing water on the floor. This place is inexpensive which makes it all tolerable but I’m glad I only stayed here one night.

GGuest UserMy stay at the easyHotel in Dublin was great. The rooms were nice and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom were both modern. The hotel was in a good location to lots of tourist attractions, especially the Guinness storehouse. The room was quite small but fit everything we needed so this wasn’t a problem at all. I would recommend this hotel looking for a convenient and clean place to say.
