We stayed with friends in 5 different rooms the hotel location is good Staff is helpful and friendly The hot water in the showers did not work and staff was unable to me to repair it The bed mattresses are typically hard like many economy hotels.

I booked a tent with a shower, the tent is very large, stayed three days and two nights, the environment is good every day can feel the smell of grass very comfortable, the camp many foreigners rent, the camp has a swimming pool, restaurant and cafe, from The campground is about ten minutes walk out, there are many food markets, street stalls, convenience stores, massage parlors there is one, the campground across the road and there is a food market very convenient, unfortunately one thing Kauai turned out to call Grob and Bolt car, Suifei has booked a car before entering Kao Ai, the camp reception can help guests Call a car, may be a little expensive, the camp place is big enough to stay OK, but the buffet breakfast is more ordinary.

We booked online using Govt promo and we got very good deal and main we choose this hotel as its not too far away from eatery and attractions. Reservations and front have been helpful. We got food coupons worth of 800 bht to be used in the hotel at the time of check in which can only be used at restaurants and for food and non alcoholic drinks only. Hotel only has 1 restaurant with very limited choices. Nothing much and breakfast spread is very limited and its nearly same all the days. So food really need improvement in this property besides that every thing was good. Housekeeping were very sweet and did all the set up and arranged complimentary cake for his birthday and also followed our time changing. Room service were quick. I think spa was closed due to covid precautions. Our stay was pleasant one. Pet friendly hotel and many had brought their dogs with them. Deluxe rooms ( we stayed in this room type ) are spacious and they have interconnected rooms for families with children. Rooms and amenities are well maintained. Modern hotel !!! They have rock climbing, rabbit n alpacas for children to enjoy with additional fee. Recommended this property if you are not serious or fussy with food.

We booked an apartment with 2 rooms. We need to pay extra for 1 pax as we have 5 people in our group. The apartment was stunning and the view is chef’s kiss. Overall the hospitality is world class and they got so many things to do at the resort itself. Some are free and some u need to pay but it’s not that expensive.

Beautiful, quiet location, close to most of the Khao Sai attractions, But suggest you have your transport to visit these from here. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are some minor improvement needed to the bathroom, but overall good. Breakfast is OK, some changes to the menu to vary the choice would be a recommendation. The staff were friendly and courteous Overall I recommend to stay, with only minor grumbles, it's worth booking in for a few nights.
