We had a two night stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it too highly. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Just 5 minutes from the hotel is a stunning riverside walk where you are surrounded by bird song. Great breakfast and lovely room. A great place to stay

Stayed here for work as I was travelling to Fort William the next day. I was a bit worried since the room I was in was on the main road the A85 which runs through Crianlarich but had no issues with sleep as there was little traffic plus the room had stunning views of the mountains which were breathtaking. Couldn't fault the breakfast either. £11 for a breakfast of your choice (hot meal) and you can help yourself to juice, coffee, cereal, toast and pastries galore! Ordered the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and it was sublime! Compliments to the chef Receptionist and staff were exceptional, polite and informative

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Duvet cover on bed torn - complained twice before it was replaced. Door openers wouldn’t work - had to complain 4 times. Someone else’s hair grips on the floor in the bathroom - 3 days before they were removed. Bathroom door dirty. Service in dining room very slow. Friends ordered boiled eggs which arrived after 30 minutes without spoons. General cleanliness questionable. Two of the rooms had no heating or hot water. Manager either not available or not ready to listen
