They only say a few words occasionally, and then they disappear again. Because of the hotel's inaction, conflicts with other guests intensified. In the end, a few breakfast coupons were given, and the compensation directly provided by the hotel ended. I made another complaint on Ctrip, hoping that the hotel can improve the service quality. Later, I was acclimated and had severe diarrhea. I contacted the front desk to see if there was a medical clinic in the hotel. The hotel said there was no infirmary. The hotel did not have medicines on hand and told the nearest hospital that I needed to leave the scenic spot. Overall, the service experience is indeed poor. I hope it can change...but the facilities in the room are okay, the bed is clean, the hot water is sufficient, and the breakfast is ordinary Chinese food, which is quite suitable
