I stayed at Rongqiao Hotel during the National Day holiday and felt very good. I remember that the last time I stayed there was in 2022. I went home for the National Day holiday and experienced it again. It was still so pleasant. First of all, the hotel has a superior geographical location. It is only 20 minutes away from Chenghuang Temple and Gulou Parkson Plaza. You can take a taxi or walk. There are many snacks around, a street for eating, drinking and having fun, a pedestrian street and a seafood street. There is a moat in front of the hotel. It seems that there are people walking around the river at night. The hotel environment and the hotel rooms are clean and tidy. I think the service score is quite high. The lobby is clean, tidy and bright. The door has a clear InterContinental Hotel logo. The parking lot is on the second floor below ground. Parking is convenient and there are many parking spaces. This time I will mainly talk about the service. Before checking in, the customer service called me and asked about my preferences for checking in. The room was arranged in advance. I was not disappointed on the day of check-in. I was arranged to upgrade the view room. The front desk was enthusiastic and the check-in was fast. In particular, Winnie kept in touch with me. When I checked in, she also helped me take my luggage and sent it to the stairs. She introduced the tourist attractions in Hefei and the surrounding special snacks. She helped solve many problems during my stay. In addition, the young man in the executive lounge was also good. He delivered the express to the room. The room service was also very professional and smart. He helped to arrange the clothes drying rack. It was very warm and felt like going home. The room is generally OK. I plan to buy a gym card next time I come back. I will check in frequently in the future. The hotel room is reasonably arranged, the big bed is very comfortable, the mattress is soft, and the pillow is a silicone pillow. The overall experience is very good. I recommend staying and will come often in the future.

nice rooms. very friendly staff, amazing breakfast. pool not so fun for young children, not terribly easy to access and need to buy swimming caps. really nice place, would probably return but maybe not in the bduck family room - not much value there. Thank you!

First of all, the Shangri-La (Hefei)Hotel has comprehensive facilities & amenities and offers convenient transportation options in the vicinity. I love this very much! Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

First time staying at Hefei Grand Hyatt, but it wasn’t my first visit to Hefei. My stay was perfect, the attention and service of the manager Daisy was absolutely perfect, they really take care of the customers. I was staying at the 51th floor, in the Suite Deluxe the view is amazing, the room is huge and super luxurious, the modern decoration is also superb. I have been previously at Hefei Langham and Intercontinental, those are great hotels, but I think the Grand Hyatt is still by far the best choice

Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

The overall feeling is good. The breakfast is also quite rich. The only drawback is that there is a robot to confirm that you go downstairs to get takeout. I asked the front desk and they said it was to deliver materials to the guest rooms. I went to get takeout four times and the robot was idle all the time. I really can't understand it.

A economical consideration but with upscale amenities and room service. highly recommend from all kinds of people who need to stay in.

The hotel staff were exceedingly friendly, courteous and professional. Hotel service was excellent and the room was utterly comfortable. We were able to have a romantic and relaxing weekend together. I highly recommend staying in the business loft room. Thank you to the hotel staff, we look forward to our next visit.
