the hotel is very clean,comfortable,smells good.. Just a input. Breakfast is not bad... omelette is not provided 😭 most of the taste is not salty... overall it's okay 👍🏻 The price is quite affordable..

Our stay in the Cool Living Hotel was good. The location was fairly central. The building itself was bright and modern and so were the rooms. But the room we stayed in was so so tiny! 2 people with luggage could barely fit into the room - allowing not too much movement. But it worked out somehow. The room got serviced every day but hygiene was just okay, not perfect. After just a short shower the whole bathroom was flooded. Also there was barely warm/hot water. But no problem to the anyways quite warm water in Jakarta. The sheets had stains on them but no animals whatsoever. The Hotel has a nice rooftop where you can also get good food for a reasonable price. All in all we were happy with the stay but wished for a bit more space and hygiene.

It was a good experience to stay here and good for solo travellers cause the amenities provided are nice! Plus it was near to the mrt station which easy to go anywhere and got a near restaurant too!

A hotel is in very good location, waking distance to shopping mall and restaurants, breakfast was perfect and staffs are amazing, they decorated our room and sang birthday song for my daughter. Special thanks to Gaby and all staff in JW Marriot Jakarta , for your kindness , we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely back again soon.

Tamarin served us really well, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was more than adequate. You're pretty central, and even within walking distance of a metro station if you want to head up to the old colonial centre etc.

Really nice stay, cozy, nearby to ciputra mall and wan satrio walk...so many eateries and easy to access

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.
