Where do I even start. The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Its fantastic. Right in the middle of the scenic tourist area and less than 15 minutes walk away from Jiuzhai National Park. Dozens of shops and food options within 5 minutes walk away. Now the bad points. The wooden floor panels near the toilet were starting to peel off, probably due to exposure with water. The whole toilet layout was also weird and cramped. The windows look like it hasn't been cleaned for months. While the room and bed appear clean during check-in, the room service staff didn't bother to clean the bed and floor during our 2 night stay. There were still stains on them. She only topped up the amenities. The towels provided were of the disposable kind, and even then, they were small for adults. What kind of 3-star hotel use disposable towels. The kettle was rusty and the inside was stained. Absolutely disgusting. The walkway near the elevator leading to the rooms was dark. There was no lighting at all. So was the stairwell. The carpet along the corridor also looked filthy and look like it hasn't been cleaned for several months. I really do not get how this hotel can be regarded as a 3 star hotel. Its unfit. Definitely avoid booking a room here.

The receptionist was helpful and nice to us and the location is near to restaurants and convenient shops. The room is also spacious but the toilet doesn't have a heater so it was very cold in there.

The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful. As you know tickets and transportation going and back to Jiu Zhai Gou is extremely difficult. When we had problems with ours the hotel owners helped us all through out with buying bus tickets and van rentals. Thank you so much to 老板 for all the help!

Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, and they open till late. Room itself is basic but no complaints there. Beds were very comfortable, shower has good pressure and hot water. The staff were really kind, and offered to send us to our bus pickup point.

The room is clean and lovely. The staff is very helpful, they support us to books car and tours. The venue is close to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area so that we could walk to it easily. There’re also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended, would comeback again!

The room is quite clean. The air conditioner can heat. The front desk brother and sister are very friendly. There are disposable bath towels. The bad thing is that the yard is dark. The toilet and bathroom do not have a bathroom heater and are very cold. The shower water is not hot enough.

Stayed for two nights, the overall experience was good, the price/performance ratio was very high, it was very close to where to eat and take the bus, just downstairs. The service was friendly and the hotel provided disposable towels.

I went there in the off-season, and it cost about 120 yuan per night. I felt that the price/performance ratio was quite high. I made a reservation, but on the day of the reservation, they said that the hotel suddenly ran out of power, and they took the initiative to help me arrange other hotels, but I didn't bother because they called me later. The front desk of this hotel was very polite and the service was quite good. They took the initiative to help me upgrade to a king-size bed room. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is good. Towels and bath towels are provided and are disposable, which is more hygienic. The air conditioning is quite powerful. The location is very good, there is a supermarket next to it and there are all kinds of food. There are also KFC and Luckin Coffee. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to Jiuzhaigou in the morning, and there is no need to take a taxi. The nearest station to get off is Pengfeng Station.

The next day I planned to go to Jiuzhaigou, and I arrived at this hotel a day in advance to rest. As a result, there was a power outage. I was freezing to death. My phone was out of battery when I went up the mountain. I felt so pitiful. Jiuzhaigou is so beautiful. I was a little disappointed that the generator in the store didn't work.

I have never seen such a bad service, and the service was also very poor. It said there was a shuttle bus. I called several times, but they kept saying there was no bus. I walked over and dragged my luggage. ． Wow, it’s so tiring. When I went to the store, I didn’t even say a word of embarrassment. It didn’t matter. When I went up to the room, it was a scary rhythm. I don’t know how to describe it when I look at the picture below. I was scared when I saw the small room online. This place is really unintentional. There was no one when I handed in the card. Anyway, the service, hygiene and environment are not good, and it is not cheap. The closer the time is, the more it costs 700 to 800. ． If you want to challenge your temper, you can give it a try. The location of the hotel is very good. It is a short walk from the intersection of Jiuzhaigou and the entrance is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel has complete facilities and is relatively clean and tidy.
