Family-friendly Hotels in Johor Bahru

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The cleaning was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. What stood out the most was how kid-friendly the hotel is, with a great environment

The resort was booked on the actual day(late afternoon) and trip.com reflected last room. We arrived at the room and was pleasantly surprised that the room is spacious and drinking water was provided. That is a plus point. The deco is retro (looked old) but functional. TV channels were rather limited. The breakfast was sumptuous with a wide spread.

Everything is good….. Hotel did managed to secure us a room we requested.For the price paid it meets our expectations.Pool was great for kids too… Connections for television needs improvement.But its a lot better.Last time it used to be grainy.Now we can watch youtube only Wifi is slow so hang alot. Thank you V8….

Initially requested for high floor with window, as I had booked a queen size bed room, upon check in was given low floor with no window. My girlfriend was stressed and uncomfortable during the first night stay. But was given a twin single bedroom the following day which my girlfriend was unhappy about it. Hope the management can look into it or at least train your staff to have options.

Our first staying here and really pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, had hot water, provided towels and toilet paper (we did have to buy our own water - but not an issue) and from block A it's directly connected to KSL city mall so super convenient And v important for us girls - no bed bugs or any bugs for that matter haha We really thought it was worth it!

Stone throw away from KSL city mall. The room is clean and spacious with basic toiletries provided. Room key collection is swift, and response from owner is prompt. Just patience needed for waiting of lift.

First of all sorry because for this time visit i’m giving 3star only on your service. Seem it give a bit hassle for me on check in where i need to wait almost 40minutes to check in. Supposedly 2pm on checking however the laddy arrived at 2.40pm to pass the access card. However smooth check out on the another day & they replaced back the missed check minutes. This property is actually good as it is at the boarder side of malaysia with singapore. U could see the singapore across the river. Cleanliness is good for me eveb has a little bit dusty at the bed corner but still acceptable. The location is great due to in the heart of Johor Bharu city. Easy access to every where & it is on the top of a mall called RF Mall. For parking i think is a bit confusing as for the first time customer, need to find parking without any plate number. Supposedly one property should be dedicated at least one parking & no need to check every parking which is available.

The hotel is well equipped! There are also games for kids! The swimming pool is also nice! The view from the balcony is great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
