The room for two persons is large and clean. There’s a working zone including a desk and a chair. It’s comfortable to sit and write. There are two small armchairs for you to sit, sip coffee and relax. It’s a cozy room, worth to stay.

The location is the best thing about this hotel; the room is big and comfortable. Just need to be clearer that they don’t clean your room.

The hotel that we stayed in was SUPERB!! Its very ideal for us having kids as the hotel is situated few minutes walk from the station plus the underpass that protects us from cold since we are not used to a very cold/snowy winter plus closed to restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were all friendly, polite and respectful. They’re all lovely and helpful! We had a spacious and tidy room as well making as feel comfortable and gave us a complete relaxation after a whole day activity. We’d love to visit Japan and go to Kanazawa again next year and we’d love to stay at Hotel Mystay Kanazawa. Trasmonte Family from New Zealand

The location is good but other service is not satisfied.

The room is absolutely gigantic. The air conditioning only has heating mode in winter, not sure about the summer though.

A decent hotel , large room n clean, near kanazawa station, but not close to main tourist spots.

One of the biggest room I had in japan. Clean and spacious. Wifi is **** and the staff can’t speak English. May have problem communicating to them.
