I had a good stay at Ming Garden. The hotel was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone needing to be near shopping mall. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The amenities were decent, though there’s a little room for improvement. Overall, it's a convenient and clean place to stay, especially if you love shopping!!

Hyatt regency lives up to its brand in Sabah! Exemplary hospitality, ultra clean room, great location, wonderful breakfast spreads and awesome staff! No regrets taking the club lounge option with sea view, even the lounge food was exceptionally delicious, kudos to the chef! A tad old in terms of furnishings but it retains the classic style of early 2000s, bringing good memories of my travels and staying in various Hyatt.

Arrived around 6pm and the checked inn was smooth and steady. We got deluxe suite with 2 bedroom and living room. Breakfast was ok and acceptable. They have swimming pool and gym. Overall it was a good place to stay and location was superb near to phillipine market.

I didn't realise it's the big room when do the booking. Unfortunately, I haven't fully utilised the facilities because I am busy with the exhibition. But I did a quick tour of the room. It comes with a balcony with a nice view. Separated hall & bedroom with big bathroom! 1 TV at the hall & 1 TV in the bedroom. It also has a fridge, microwave, and a stove for light cooking. The check-in & check-out were smooth & friendly front counter. I had a problem with the bedroom air-conditioning & they attended to it very fast! Breakfast has decent varieties. Parking is on the roadside - public car park, you can buy the parking coupon from the hotel. It's near Pasar Gaya, Pasar Filipino, shopping malls, convenience shops & restaurants. Overall, it is really worth the price. Good job & keep up the good works!

This is my third stay in this hotel and it seems I've been coming back to this same hotel every time I'm in KK.. My first time was more than 20 years back. It seems this hotel has been very good with its upkeep and has been refurbished and renovated. The look and feel is as though it is a new hotel. It seems the upkeep and the room has been refurbished with a new look. And the toilet is really nice. Congratulations.keep up the good work and I like the reception services. Will definitely come back again.

I like to come here Just like my prev comment, the variety of foods at club longue are much lesser compared to before. No doubt, we pay for the sunset view tho and it was stunning The room was spacious n clean except for the toilet in which the water pools on the floor and doesnt flow to the drain (i stayed at room 1436)

The room is spacious, comfortable. They provide basic amenities. Bathroom also spacious. Rooftop cafe for sunset viewing(food not free), pool and gym for guests. Bathroom has old stained but still consider clean. No free car park. Overall it was a good stay 👍🏻

it was a beautiful spot to see the sunset. Unfortunately during our stay the weather was not so great, we couldn't see the famous sunset. The breakfast was great and room was great. I will visit here If I am ever in town again. I love the swimming pool. The package was somewhat useful but can be better. The only complaint I have is the snorkeling aera. The location is a bit far from the city centre but easily accessible with car. The BEST part of this hotel is they have parking for the guests. The room is spacious and clean. The checkin process took around 15-20 minutes. But checkout is very fast. They have cafe, gym, swimming pool. They provide basic amenities. BUT the bathroom cleanliness need to be improve. The sink, toilet seat and the bathtub got mold on it. The ac is not cool enough and the ceiling fan is not working or maybe it just a decoration ? I tried to contact the front desk but no one answering. No slippers. The iron board needs to change.

The location was good as all the eateries and convenience stores were within walking distance. However, I could only give as little as 1 star to its cleanliness. My wife found out that there was a blood stain on the bedsheet and we requested it to be changed to the guy at the reception. We requested it while on our way out for dinner and the receptionist notified the housekeeper to handle it before we got back. When we returned, the bedsheet was still where it was, so I called reception again and I was appalled that he told me they got to the wrong room. The room number was mentioned to the reception earlier, but I was just shocked they could make such a silly mistake as tedious as this one.
