The serviced apartment is spacious enough and comfortable to stay in. The quality of the furniture is average but understandable. The only problem is that there is no socket next to the bed, which is very annoying for three days. There is a socket behind the bed and it cannot be used without moving the bed. Other than that, everything is good. If I go to Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely choose it.

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.
The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

The main reason is the price. I think it's beyond my expectation. The sleep is very good and I can check in early. I've stayed in high-end hotels around here for thousands of dollars. Some of them are not as good as this one. The only difference is that this one doesn't have a swimming pool.
Pros:
5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price
Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process
Cons:
Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point
Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am
Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site
Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit
Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes 🤮
TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.
The apartment is new, the swimming pool is very good, the gym is a bit small, the overall is very good, but the first floor is still being arranged and constructed, it is very close to TRX and Pavilion, about 5 minutes walk, the overall cost performance is very high, recommended!!!

Outstanding
Nnurs.nVery beautiful and breakfast spread is amazing. Cleanliness and service is top tier. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Would love to come again soon. We even extended 1 more night because we love the hotel!

We had an incredible 4D3N stay at the ParkRoyal Collection Kuala Lumpur! From the moment we checked-in to our King Lifestyle Room, we knew we were in for a treat.
The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning city view that we never got tired of. The side sofa was a lovely touch, providing a comfortable spot to relax and take in the sights. We also appreciated the extra duvet provided, which ensured a cozy and restful sleep.
The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, with our room always neat and tidy, and nothing ever missing. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the staff's commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
The hotel's location is super convenient, with numerous malls within walking distance or a short drive away. We loved being able to explore the city's shopping and dining scene with ease.
But what really made our stay special was the thoughtful touches. We had booked two rooms to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel surprised us with birthday decorations and a complimentary cake in BOTH rooms! It was such a lovely gesture, and we felt truly appreciated as guests.
Last but not least, the bell boy service was top-notch. Our luggage and shopping goods were always handled with care, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
Overall, we would highly recommend the ParkRoyal Collection Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in the heart of the city. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so special!
KKhaiFrom the super friendly and helpful reception we received upon reaching the doorstep of the hotel, to the smooth check in process and assistance rendered with our luggage, it was honestly one of the best I’ve received so far. The hotel facilities and room were clean and tidy and the food offered during the breakfast buffet was tasty and ample. Special mention and shout out goes out to Dennish, Masum and Arjun for their amiable disposition and their mannerisms and work ethics really highlight the Ritz renowned brand. My wife and I were truly impressed with everything that the hotel had to offer.
DDavidweeismeEverything are quite decent especially the bed quality is pretty good, my room was facing Pavilion side and has a nice view.
Many people mentioned that lift take very long but during my stay was ok as long as you avoid the peak hours.
Many food options around ranging from cheap to expensive ones.
While the location is good, the down side is the traffic jam around this hotel area. During night time, you easily need to wait at least 20 min for Grab to arrive which the distance is only 5min ride away.
Nevertheless will still return here for my next KL trip.
GGuest UserWhile the suite was outstanding, some of the things could be better. Some of the things I found that could be better were, the curtains couldn't keep out the bright day light out completely at the sides where day light seems to pour in and reflect off the mirrored wall. The main door seems to bang loudly on self closing. Suggest to dampen the sound by adding rubber or just change out the self closing mechanism. The lift system needs to be revisited. Most times when we are going down, we have to stop at every floor that has been pressed and there was no one coming on. Pretty annoying. The air con is not as powerful to cool the whole suite. Suggest to have a fan as an option.
MMuhammad Haziq Aiman Abu BakarThis hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge!
The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home.
I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious!
Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.
GGuest UserI had an amazing experience! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions.
But what really made my stay stand out was the friendly and welcoming staff. They were always happy to help with any questions or requests I had.
Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location and exceptional service!”
GGuest UserSpace limited in room, the location near to street and train, so some noise during night time. Hot water very stable, comfortable. Facilities have gym room, small but kind of complete, there is also shower room in gym room. The space at rooftop quite clean then expected (thought there will be lot of birds' ”gold'. Kedai Mamakjust right behind the hotel. Overall very good.
MMs EleganceI stayed in a family inter-connecting room, both the rooms are clean, comfy bed. Water heater not functioning good and the only issue I'm not happy is the insufficient sound prove, we cant sleep with the loud music ”boom...bommm..bomm” stayed up to morning.
VVithiaBooked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasn’t equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.
