I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.
